I told them don't touch the top and they shaved the top at a 1 And then the fade was horrible. I was forced to go practically bald. The other barbers were very helpful and tried to clean up the mess. They passed me the manager Ivan's number and he was not helpful he said it was enough I was not charged for the haircut. Have always had good service here. Very fast and pretty much the best prices around. I have never had to wait no matter what time or season I have visited. Always plenty on staff, but if you are really lucky, you will have Dino! They are all good, but Dino is my favorite. So pleasant and so "old school"! This goes way back, but I do miss Mai(sp?). This place sucks on customer service so don't waste ur time. Sunday 6/1 6:30pm I walk in,place is empty and employee is sitting in one if the chairs. I asked if I could use a credit card and he said yes but not for the tip and refers me to the atm 2 stores away. I go and pay the $4 fee to withdraw cash and return approx 2 minutes later when he tells me he's not doing haircuts because it's 6:30. So he tells me I should go upstairs to the other place next to h&m. I walk clear across to the other side of the mall only to find that there is no such place. So this buffoon has not only cost me $4 but an additional 15 minus we if my life in water time.. wish I could give zero stars. read more

I received a haircut from someone I think was named Dino, and it was the worst haircut I've ever received. I asked for a simple short cut with a fade, something that countless other barbers have done in the past with no issues. He proceeded to ignore everything I asked and give me what looks like a botched mohawk instead. When I asked him not to shave so high, he just said no and that what I wanted wouldn't look good. Even the shave was messed up - there were tufts of unshaved hair all around the sides that I had to get fixed somewhere else afterwards. It's a shame because I've gone to Pro Barber in the past and always had a good experience, but what this barber did was simply unacceptable. read more

First time the guy I got rushed my haircut. Gave me the worst shape up of my life. So I asked him before the haircut DO YOU HAVE TIME FOR ME? he says yes. So we started the process. Ok cool he's doing a great job for the first 5 minutes. Then a guy comes and greets him and that's when I notice he starts cutting my hair fast and just try's to get me off the chair. He rushed me out because he said he was waiting for an appointment. I was like , dude it's my hair I don't want you to rush it that's why I asked you if you had time to cut my hair, don't lie to me and say yes and give me the worst haircut I've ever gotten. Ok so I come the second time because I wanted to give the guy a second chance. And guess what?? The exact same thing happen. Another guy comes and he starts rushing again!! This time it's worse while he's cutting my hair he says do you want to cut off the beard? I thought he just saw a little patch of beard in my face that I forgot to shave off this morning and I'm like yea sure can you get that for me? He grabs a electric razor and does it like in 30 seconds. So when it's time to pay he charges me $35?!!! For a haircut that took 9 minutes and a beard cut ( I have no beard I shave every morning ) and I'm like wtf $35?!!! For a haircut that you rushed and gave me a bad shape up? I don't know the manager came or the owner and took it off the bill. I was shocked because this guy wanted me to spend $35 for a haircut that was 9 min long. With no shape up. If I could I would give this place 0 stars! Just terrible service! Used to go to this place all the time, but now it just turned to crap! Came in and asked for a very specific haircut, however the barber decided that what we waned didn't matter and did as he pleased. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Abraham and the whole place. Also, waited for the barber for over 2 hours, cause he sat the appointment for 3 but only showed up 5! And the flipping best part, this jerk shaved my eyebrow off. I specifically told him not to touch the eyebrows and he took the clippers and shaved it off! Please do not go to this place and support these terrorists! I like going here now. i tried 2 different men in there. One was ok but the second time was a lot better. After third time i found that Shay was the best. He cut gentle and good. He was the first barber in long time that actually shave off the neck area while other barber never gone there in like 15 years. I am happy to find this place. Avoid - Barber I had today was using a $12 set of scissors from amazon. Did an terrible job. Had to get another haircut. Guy didnt know what he was doing. These guys likely are not licensed. No self respecting prefessonal who spends the amount of money to get a license uses $12 sheers. Do not support. Bring your service to a real barber shop doing legitamate business. I went in for a hair cut and asked for a 1 faded to a zero on the sides, and then to shave a part but don't touch the top. The guy cut two inches from the top and my part was half way down the side. By far the worst hair cut I have ever received. read more
