It included a hot towel, pre shave oil, another hot towel, nice warm shave cream applied, straight razor shave, possibly another hot towel, a cold towel, rose mist and then after shave. After the beard trim the barber Alex applied beard cream to my beard and I left feeling very content. I say this because I have only enjoyed one barber shop experience prior to this and that was about 8 years ago. The whole visit was quick but the barber was attentive especially during the razor portion and used some sort of aftershave to disinfect any nicks. If you're looking for a no frills but precise and affordable cut, Tom's the place to be.
