The Service Department is shockingly unprofessional and downright rude. If you dare to leave a negative review--even if it's 100% truthful--they'll retaliate by blocking your account. That's not just bad business, it's unethical. What's even more disturbing is the number of lawsuits filed against this dealership by their own employees. That alone should be a red flag for anyone considering doing business here. How this place is still operating is beyond me. Save yourself the headache. There are plenty of dealerships out there that treat customers with respect and integrity. Sim's Buicks is not one of them.
