I had my car washed and after they finished, a Hispanic guy, not that it matters, handed me my key fob of which was peculiar because the car is usually running when they are done. I drove straight home without any additional stops and noticed that my keys were missing. I called my husband and he said to take the police back up there but I decided not to make a scene. As soon as I got out of my vehicle, they looked surprised and before I could ask about my keys, one of the young guys on the detail side said your keys are over there on top of ledge. I gave them a look like seriously. In my ear still, My husband was having a fit telling me to call the police. I told him not to worry because I will never do business with them again and that I will leave a review about my experience. I know they were going to rob my house because the vehicle registration is in the console. Beware customers!!! Never leave anything valuable in your vehicle because the workers are crooks.

They were working on two cars prior to us. When it was our turn they had us get out and wait in the waiting area. There are windows so you can see them working on your vehicle. This business owner operated his detailing business out of my residential property without my…read morepermission and continued doing so despite repeated requests to remove his business from my garage. I also received complaints that he required his roommates to wash cars without paying them and threatened them with immigration-related consequences. Because of these issues and other lease violations, I decided not to renew his lease. After receiving notice that his lease would not be renewed, he stopped paying rent, forcing me to begin the eviction process. He ultimately moved out before the eviction case was completed. During his tenancy, there was also an incident where he arrived appearing intoxicated, believed I had changed the locks, and called the police. The issue was resolved within minutes when he was able to access the apartment with the correct key. Afterward, he repeatedly harassed me through my Ring cameras, and I have video recordings of him directing derogatory slurs toward Mexican immigrants in the neighborhood. More than a year after moving out, he still has not removed my property address as the registered business address for his company despite repeated requests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this individual.

However, my new car got dinged days after getting it and they were able to buff it out pretty easily. I was able to find the spot the work was done, but it took me a minute. I would be shocked if anyone who was unaware could even find the spot. While I was there, I also had my front two windows tinted while I waited and they did a good job. However, when I got the vehicle home I noticed that there was a decent bubble in the front driver side window. I contacted them the next day and they said to bring it back so it could be redone. At no point did I feel like they tried to push off the responsibility or try to get away from standing by their work. They fixed it no questions asked. I have no reason to believe that they wont also honor the lifetime warranty that they offer on their window tinting.

She'd use it to transport dogs, move hay bales to put out in the dog yard, and it's a 1995 vehicle so it needed a GOOD cleaning anyway! These guys did an awesome job, every nook and cranny just like I asked them to. Inside and out, everything shines, including the tires! The young men were most courteous. Forgot to mention: I really wanted to get this car clean and feeling like MY car before having to use it. I called several other mobile detailing companies and I'd have had to wait weeks for them to fit me in. Hi-Tech gave me an appointment within a couple of days. Exceptional!
