I backed my car into a snow bank and dented my rear bumper. A friend recommended Miltowne…read moreCollision to us. The receptionist was very polite to my husband on the phone and told him he could come by any time to receive a quote. Later that day we brought the car in. Ryan Stevens, the Body Shop Manager took a look and provided us with three options: 1) They would heat it up and try to pop it out. This would be free 2) #1 but then try to fix it up if necessary - no quote was provided for that as it would be difficult to know what was needed until they tried Option 1, or 3) Replace the bumper - a printed estimate was provided for us to take home (~ $1,000). Ryan didn't think this would be needed. He said that we could call the next day to let us know what we decided, but recommended we try Option 1 and go from there. We called the next morning as soon as they opened and were told we could come in immediately and that it would take about 30 minutes-an hour. 45 minutes after we arrived we were leaving there with a bumper that looked perfect. Overall, the experience was very pleasant. The place has a small family business feel versus a sleazy let's make a buck feel. We appreciated not having to pay for any labour since it still did take a bit of time to provide us with a quote and pop back the bumper. Thank you so much Miltowne Collision.

The receptionist was really friendly to deal with, which is so rare in car repair in general! They were very helpful to me, sending a tow truck, sending a rental car etc... They really went above and beyond. The repair was also very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I see excellent reviews, but cannot say this was my experience. I wanted some rust repair done on…read morean older car and the reception the first time was kind of lukewarm. I understand if they do not want to do the job, just say so. I received a quite the same day by email and told them I wanted to go ahead three weeks later. Made an appointment and received a phone call, that someone wants to look at the car again, as the quote was "quite some time ago". I drove by, had another quite unwelcoming experience, it confirmed appointment and a time frame of about a week, fine with me. I never questioned the quote whatsoever and made it pretty clear the car has to a large extent sentimental value to me and the repairs were for a well maintained vehicle. Dropped the car off Monday morning and called on Thursday to see how the job was progressing. The car at this moment was untouched. A lot of explanation about big job, contract with insurance companies and more was voiced, which truly has nothing to do with me. The last suggestion was to pick it up, if the time frame bothers me. So I did. I was probably lucky that the job was not started and I was able to drive the car away. It is a long time ago that I was so angry at a situation. Not that there were issues of delay, but the disrespect of my time and delivery expectations and looking back the way this was handled from the first contact was the thing that got me. We live in the country and a car for us is a necessity. We also plan ahead on any appointments or other occasions where a car is needed. At what point during this week would they have called me to inform me of a possible delay? I have every understanding for things that can happen in a business. Disrespecting my side, my time and my dime is not one of them. Even a phone call explaining there is a delay for some reason would have been just fine or tell me you do not want to do the job or maybe do not call me back for another inspection after barely three weeks from the first inspection - a 40 minute drive for me, what kind of result would I have gotten from the palpable unwillingness to really do the job.

No Need to go anywhere else! Over the past few years I have used their services on several…read moreoccasions; the services are 5 STAR, the quality of work is 5 STAR, the cost is 5 STAR - highly recommend this business for your cars.
