Project tasks included: refinish hardwood floors, paint entire house walls(plaster/drywall/wallpaper)/trim/radiators, design/build fireplace mantle/hearth, install new bathroom/kitchen floors and vanities/sinks, carpet 2nd/3rd floors/stairs, drywall/paint ceiling/walls and fix leaks in the garage. We upgraded electric service from knob and tube, performed plumbing maintenance and replaced a leaking soil stack. We love our 'refreshed' home and the electric and plumbing upgrades.
