This time around my wife says she smells something burning, somethings not right. She pin points the dryer as the culprit. We notice the drum is white hot. There are water drops coming out of the crevices. Witchcraft? Demon possession? No, blocked exhaust hose Alex from Swiftec Services explained to me over the phone. He says I can be there at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow morning. Blocked it was! Our poor LG dryer was a mess. Tons of lint had built up inside this thing. Alex took the thing apart and cleaned it thoroughly. He also replaced the exhaust hose. He got our dryer back in business. Before I called him I thought oh great, time for a new $900 dryer! His price was more than fair. I think there is a lot of misunderstanding about this company because of similar company repair…read morenames. Ash has been great and honest about communication. Fixing appliances is not always fast and easy. There will always be mishaps. However, he was always honest and responsive. I find he was hardworking, putting in long hours we do not understand...(because it's work people don't understand), and most likely he is trying to build his own business.
