Priya is one of a kind. I met her 6 years ago, as she was the realtor for the person from whom I was buying my place! She was FAR more attentive, kind, and thorough than my own realtor. So, 6 years later, when I decided to sell my place, I sought Priya instead of my former realtor. She truly delivers. She cares about her clients, their peace of mind, and their experience. She wants people to find a home, not just a place to buy. Can't recommend Priya highly enough. read more

I can't say enough good things about Priya Dua! I was a first time homebuyer who started out knowing almost nothing about real estate; I had very specific needs for the home I was trying to find, and was home shopping during the most challenging time in the real estate market. Priya stuck with me for several YEARS while I looked for the right home, and she continued to be patient and kind throughout the entire process. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for in a home, and also provided the push and encouragement I needed when it came time to make offers on properties. Priya is incredibly experienced, honest, confident, and knowledgeable about her profession. I finally purchased my home just a few days before leaving the country on a 2-week long trip, and she made the entire process go smoothly while I was away. I learned so much from her about real estate over the past few years. I could tell that she really cared about me as a friend, not just as a client, and she made the home-buying experience as enjoyable as it could be. I recommend Priya to anyone looking for a competent, efficient, and caring real estate agent. I feel really fortunate to have worked with her, and I look forward to us working together again in the future! read more

As a licensed (inactive) realtor myself, I hired Priya to sell my two bedroom investment condo in Studio City. She was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and such a hard worker. Her clear, prompt communication style and consummate professionalism allowed me to focus on other things while Priya handled all things real estate. There were several hiccups along the way, including a buyer who could not perform, issues with the HOA and tough lender requirements, and several deal negotiation points that required expert finesse to enable this transaction to go through. I highly recommend Priya for all of your real estate needs. You will be well taken care of and she is worth her weight in gold. read more

Priya was amazing! She sold my condo unit without me ever having to come near Southern California. She took care of the chores I should have, and would have done had been in the area. She got estimates to get the place cleaned up, painted, and much more. She even worked around my being out of the country when the sale was scheduled to close, making arrangements that were quick, easy, and local for the few signatures that had to be notarized. She also made all the arrangements and was at the unit for the required inspections. Priya's knowledge and insight into the real property market, as well as her attention to detail, was extraordiny! She answered all of my questions and was so patient and helpful, going through all of the possible options as they arose. Had Priya not cheerfully gone above and beyond, I would have had to sell it without getting it painted and repaired and accepted a slightly lower price or gone to the expense of traveling to Los Angeles and spending a couple of weeks there to get it done. She really went the extra mile(s)! I would definitely recommend her to family and friends, something I only do when I have the utmost confidence with zero reservations. read more

Priya is a superstar! We actually bought our home in Woodland Hills while living abroad in London and Priya was our eyes and ears on ground the entire time during the sales process. She really went above and beyond and I would highly recommend Priya to anyone buying or selling a home. Thanks again Priya for making a difficult process as smooth as possible! read more

I could not have been more pleased with the service I received from Priya Dua and her team. Not only did she set an all time record price in my community for the highest price for a 4 bdrm townhome but she was instrumental in helping to prepare the house for sale. I did not stage the house but Priya helped us figure out what we should keep and remove to get the best representation of our place. We received multiple offers above asking at our first open house and Priya presented them in a way that made it easier to compare terms in each of the offers. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. Priya helped us purchase our home in 2018 and sold it for us in 2021. Priya is also helping us find our next home. I would definitely recommend her! read more

Priya was with us every step of the way, beginning with selling our home and ending with purchasing our next one. All through an insane 2021/2022 Los Angeles market, nonetheless. She went above and beyond in every way, and we felt very supported and optimistic throughout our journey. Can't recommend Priya enough! read more

Our family has now completed 5 transactions with Priya and I can honestly say, she has been a pleasure to work with. Priya is so knowledgeable, professional and so patient. She really went above and beyond to make sure we sailed through each sale and purchase as comfortably as possible during a hot market. We can honestly say that, not only did we score a great agent, but also a great friend. You rock Priya! read more

Any absolutely incredible agent! She helped with the purchase of a new home, as well as the selling of my condo. Priya is so hands-on, asks all the right questions and is an advocate for your requests and maintaining cost for inspections etc. For example, I know I'm very high maintenance. Particularly when it comes to cost. Priya went the extra mile helping me navigate around cost of title companies, escrow etc. She went above and beyond in so many areas. It's the first time I walked away from a commission only position and said, wow I'm not sure if she made enough for the amount of effort she put in this. She was fantastic. Also she is highly trustworthy and ethical. So many people go and get the realtors license because it looks like "easy money", but they lack the expertise. That's money that you will lose in the long run. Priya is a lifer and this is her primary job and passion. I cannot day enough about the support, knowledge and ability which will save you time and money and headaches in the long run! read more

Priya is hard working thoughtful and will do her best job for you! She sold a condo in the complex where we owned for an all time record high price. read more

After interviewing Priya on the phone during the COVID pandemic, I asked her to sell my condo. She handled and coordinated all details including cleaning, replacing faulty appliances, and completing general handyman work. She made everything easy and kept the stress level low. My condo was sold for the asking price. I was an absentee owner and never went to the condo during the entire process. I heard about Priya from cold mailings I received over the years. I kept her card in the event I wanted to sell the property. I'm so glad I did. read more

I have known Priya for years through her emails informing us about the sales and market conditions in and around the condo we owned in North Hollywood. When it was time to sell I didn't hesitate to call Priya. My husband and I found her very knowledgeable and professional at our first face to face encounter and asked her to list our condo. She listed it on December 12th and we closed the escrow with the full asking price on January 12th. Priya was quick to respond and kept us informed of all the developments and made a usually painful process of selling very easy and pleasant. We highly recommend Priya to our friends and family for their real estate transaction! read more

Priya was the best agent I could have asked for, especially as a first time home buyer. I had actually met with a few other agents prior to her but always left feeling skeptical, or just simply confused. I found Priya through inquiring about another property she was selling, and although that did not work out, she was super proactive in finding me a bunch of other options. I decided to work with her because she is absolutely someone you can trust to help you make the best decision and always eagerly looking for the best option. We worked together for almost half a year, and throughout the whole time it was an easy and great experience. Priya makes it super easy for her clients by always being super prepared and great with communication. I cannot recommend her enough. read more

Priya is amazing! She has all the qualities I was looking for in an agent: intelligent, proactive, honest, and with strong communication skills. I found Priya while attending open houses one weekend searching for my first condo. I had been condo shopping for the preceding 6 months and had met many agents during that time. However it wasn't until I met Priya that I finally felt strongly about working with an agent. She gave me a charming and genuine vibe that I hadn't gotten from any prior agents who had tried to work with me. I'm so glad I decided to work with Priya in finding my first condo. I honestly feel like I couldn't have gotten my condo if I had settled on an agent of a lesser caliber. Priya was very proactive and able to help me in making a solid offer in a very competitive seller's market. I was competing with 7 other buyers on my condo, but ultimately the sellers went with my offer. I think a lot of this had to do with Priya and the strong rapport she developed with the listing agent. It is also worth noting that during the escrow process, the listing agent pulled me aside to tell me how lucky I was to have an agent like Priya. This was an older/more "senior" agent who told me she had worked with many many agents in the past and none of them stood out to her as much as Priya. She commented on how thorough Priya was in sitting me down and explaining all the homebuying paperwork to me during our initial walk through. In summary, if you're looking to buy a new home or condo, don't settle for just any random agent. Go with someone who genuinely cares about finding you the home of your dreams and with the skill set to actually get it done in this competitive market. read more

You my have heard the old saying, "Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me," Over the last ten years I've bought and sold a property every other year (on average), and I've dealt with a dozen and a half real estate agents of all types, and I learned an important lesson from them and it was repeated over and over again until I got it right. I learned far too many real estate agents are sneaky, untrustworthy and fall on the wrong side of the 'ethics' fence. ... BUT ONCE IN A BLUE MOON, a person enters your life and surprises you with their honesty, helpfulness and integrity; by putting your interests ahead of theirs, and who gives you complete and full information without omitting anything. Priya Dua, our new Real Estate agent, is such a person. We just closed on our new town home in Toluca Lake, CA. Priya was able to get the price down from $489k to $425k for a savings of about $65K. Was it a smooth as silk experience? Hardly. There was a lien on the property, errors on documents or documents never sent out; the escrow company was so far behind the times that everything needed to be hand delivered or by courier. (Wow.. never using THEM again!) None of those problems were caused by Priya, but they were all resolved by her. So if you want a reliable and dependable agent representing you as buyer or seller, I enthusiastically encourage you to contact Priya Dua. read more

Priya is the best!! She said that her philosophy was to approach home buying for her clients as if she was buying the home for herself, and she really showed that during the entire process. She read every single HOA document, the original covenant material and a year of HOA meeting minutes for the condo I purchased. She was assertive asking inspectors and the homeowners questions that we had. In addition to her hard work and depth of knowledge about home-buying, she has a great personality. I totally enjoyed my experience working with her and felt like I was in such safe hands for the big purchase. I cannot recommend her enough! read more

My husband and I worked with Priya to sell our townhouse in Sherman Oaks. She is the best agent we have ever worked with! She is patient, honest, transparent, detail oriented, and walked us through the entire process - which was quick due to her expertise. We listed and sold our townhouse in less than a month! Should we look to buy a home in the future we would definitely work with her again and highly recommend her to all of our friends and family! read more

Priya came in and evaluated my condo, handled a number of rehab issues, and got the property on the market in very short order. She found just the right buyer, and closed the sale very efficiently. My wife and I recently sold a house at our top asking price with Priya's excellent efforts and expertise. We found her to be easy to communicate with and always easy to manage expectations with as well. We found her to be the right balance of personable and professional. Priya is amazing.  She is someone on your side.  My husband and I would joke that Priya was pickier about the houses we saw than we were. This was all for the reason that she wanted the best for us! We spent 2019 thinking we would do a buy-sell with her but when we changed our plans, she didn't hesitate to provide her variety of skills with us.  We spent a solid nine months looking for a house from 2020 to 2021. After that Priya took on the task of renting out our condo with the same steadfastness of finding a house.  Priya is not there for just the sale, she is committed to working with her clients as if she were doing the job for herself! Can't recommend her enough. read more

The industry needs more agents like Priya, or we just need Priya! Priya was not the first agent that we have worked with but she will be the one we will stick with in the area. She has recently sold our townhouse in Studio City. She got us multiple offers and sold our unit just in time. The process had its challenges and unexpected incidents due to other parties involved. Her knowledge and patience have made the transaction as smooth as possible. She is smart, diligent, trustworthy and so much more. She is one of the best agents you could ever ask for, at least in our experience. We had an agent before who pressured us to purchase a home obviously beyond our budget. Then when we got our first home, it was a short sale. Our agent at the time did nothing more than sending us documents to sign. My husband did more and almost directly worked with seller's agent on that deal because our agent was not doing his job. When it came to our second home purchase, we used Redfin agent, who was fine but neither did she negotiate hard for us( we paid extra than we needed to, got few credit toward repairs, etc. ) nor did she advise us sufficiently in HOA matters when buying a Condo. Redfin agents tend to have larger volume of clients so it's hard for them to provide top notch services. Other than the agent experiences I've mentioned, we had few other agents along the way but none had impressed us until Priya. Buying or selling a home is serious business, having a good agent is going to be a life saver. The real estate transaction is often more complicated and unpredictable. You need an agent with all the expertise and goodwill on your side. If you are looking for one, give Priya a try. She will not disappoint. Thank you, Priya! read more

I was impressed with Priya the first time we met; and, my trust and confidence grew as we worked together. Priya took charge of the listing and sales process from the start. She stayed on top of every detail, was quick to respond to any question and got things done immediately. She listened carefully and provided thoughtful input and direction. Priya knows the market well and her experience showed in every discussion we had. She is very personable and easy to work with. I highly recommend Priya: she is professional and patient; efficient and pleasant. read more

Priya worked with us to sell our townhome in Sherman Oaks and buy a new one in Marina del Rey. Priya exceeded our expectations in every way - she works incredibly hard: 24/7 she responds to emails and sends possible listings, she is professional, a great communicator, honest, ethical, and tireless. We had multiple offers on our home the first week and sold it for well over asking price, and then she dove head first into helping us find a new place to live. She arranged for us to have a rent-back period and she negotiates fiercely when its necessary. With Priya, we felt listened to, cared about, and respected. We also felt like we were winning financially. If you work with Priya you will NOT regret it. read more

Priya sold our condo summer of 2016 and every step of the way she was patient, honest and supportive. Priya's extensive knowledge and hands on approach made what could have been a very stressful experience, instead a stress free experience. Coming from a family in real estate myself, who only work with the best, I can honestly say she is that, the best! She is working with us to now find our single family home and again has been nothing but wonderful, knowledgeable, and hands on. She's by far the best I have experienced in Los Angeles. read more

Priya exceeded expectations for us. She stayed with us for 3 years while we waited for the right time to sell our condo and is still working with us while take our time finding a house to buy. She found a buyer for our condo without us having to even list it and then turned around a 30 day escrow. I didn't know selling a place in LA could be that easy. We never have to look for an agent again! read more

I literally could not have found my new home without Priya. Not only did she understand what I wanted but she supported me and helped me through the process of buying my first condo. She is knowledgeable, professional, kind and was patient through all my first time buyer questions and concerns. I feel lucky that I had her on my side! read more

I highly recommend Priya as your next realtor. She is intelligent, professional, a clear communicator and on your side during the transaction from start to finish. She was my selling agent a little over 2 years ago when I sold my condo in Sherman Oaks, which went very smoothly (see my previous review in 2016). Just recently, I used her as my buying agent for a house in Inglewood. Some items worth mentioning: 1. Buying a property is much more complicated than selling, and she gave me the best advice: get at least the 6 inspections: general, chimney, mold, sewer, roof, termites. All of the inspections came back with issues that a general inspector alone would not have been able to identify. She has great inspector contacts that were also very knowledgeable and professional. In the end, the seller substantially reduced the asking price because of the issues found: I would have overspent (and been very surprised) had she not provided me this advice. 2. Inglewood was a new territory for Priya. However, I simply didn't want to use anyone else but her. She initially let me know she could still help me even though it was a new territory, and she immediately got herself up-to-speed and did all the right research so she could assist with the transaction and understand specifics to Inglewood. 3. She continuously provided me new MLS listings during the search period that met my criteria; she didn't try to push other types of properties or locations simply so she could complete the sale. 4. A great communicator not only with me (using the best means of communication when appropriate: phone, email, text), but also with the seller. She asked the seller very valid questions and persisted with them until we received the answer. read more

Priya was my agent for the sale of my condo in Sherman Oaks and for the purchase of my condo in North Hollywood. The Sherman Oaks condo sold in 2 days and I was moved into my new condo in less than 3 months. I really enjoyed working with Priya, and found her to be knowledgeable and responsive, and she really stayed on top of all the deadlines for both transactions, which is incredibly important because there are a lot of moving parts when you're selling and buying at the same time, and without a good agent on your side, things can fall through or be delayed. I would definitely recommend her. read more

I am so glad I found Priya. Finding a good agent in LA is like a needle in a hay stack. I have had a tough road of home searching, experiencing all types of agents a long the way. It's a scary and challenging process, you need the right agent to make it happen. Priya is by far the most knowledgable and intelligent person I have worked with in the past year. She is sweeter than ever and really left the drama out of the home offer battling. She is thorough, level headed and well calculated when it comes to making the deal go through. Since it was my first time buying, I didn't know what I was doing and I fully trusted her for a successful transaction. She will go above and beyond for you in buying and selling and will have YOU in her best interest. If I ever buy again or sell, I will only go to one person. read more

My husband and I have known Priya since 2016 when we decided to move to Oregon. We owned a townhouse in Studio City and thought to have it rented out while we see if Oregon is a good fit. We acquired Priya's services to get the townhouse leased, initially for just a year. I found her information from a flyer we received in the mail. She was quick and understood well the Studio City market. In about 2 weeks, she found a couple that leased the property for the next 3 years. When that couple decided to purchase a house of their own, Priya got the townhouse leased again for another year. A month ago, we decided to sell the property. Needless to say, there was no question as to who is going to be our listing agent. Priya has so much insight into real estate and really looks out for you. She gives advise on all aspects of the selling process. Even during this uncertain time with COVID, Priya found a buyer and the townhouse is now pending and will close in a few days, at list price!!! What can we say, GREAT WORK PRIYA!!! read more

Priya was awesome. With so many real estate websites out there, I thought we wouldn't need an agent, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Priya guided us through our search, she provided an objective perspective that really considered what we were looking for (and not looking for), and she was very responsive to our communication and requests. She was active, careful, mindful, and very intelligent with her approach and problem-solving. We're definitely glad we found her and don't think we could have done it nearly as well without her help. read more

Priya helped us sell a townhome in the Valley and purchase a new one on the West Side. Simply put, I found her to be an excellent, trustworthy agent and I would definitely work with her again in the future. She is very professional, hard working, and effective. At the same time, she is warm and personable. She also genuinely seemed to care about us and what was in our family's best interest. I learned about Priya when she mailed me a letter asking whether I was interested in selling our condo in LA (we are living in San Diego now). She said she had a client who was looking to buy a condo in the area and the inventory was low. I was impressed about the extra effort she took to help her client find the right property. So I kept her contact. When I was considering selling the condo in LA so I can purchase another house in San Diego, I called Priya. She took on the challenge that she had to work with the tenant in the condo and pushed the sale through quickly so we could have the proceeds in time for the purchase of another property. The entire transaction was seamless and pleasant, demontrating Priya's professionalism and expertise in real estate. I highly recommend Priya to anyone who considers real estate transactions. You won't be disappointed. read more

Priya is absolutely the best! We were so lucky to find her as we were gearing up our search for our first home. In a crazy market like Los Angeles you need someone seasoned, sharp and knowledgeable of all of the industry secrets. She was the right fit for us in every way. She has such a warm and friendly demeanor but is tough and ready to battle for her clients when needed. She was very thoughtful in her approach to some difficult situations we encountered and she really knows how to navigate a tough market. In a highly competitive city, we were able to get our dream home by coming up with offers that stood out with her suggestions. It was a long process and she was with us throughout every step. I can't even remember how many showings I dragged her too. But she was always there with a smile on her face and remained hopeful that we would find the perfect home for our family. She is simply a pleasure to be around and has become one our dear and cherished friends. You will not be sorry for picking her for any of your real estate needs. read more
