His crew is excellent. I always felt comfortable with their work. And everybody was very friendly. They always cleaned up after themselves. Nothing got broken. They did everything that we agreed for them to do, and then some. When the project was completed, the quality of their work was outstanding. I've never worked with painters so good. We needed a complete over-haul incorporating the kitchen with the dining room. They reconfigured walls, moved the sink, installed a new window and new door. They replaced the cabinets and installed a beautiful quartz countertop and backsplash. We ended up having them resurface and paint the living room walls since the kitchen walls looked so good (we went from textured to flat). There were carpenters, plumbers, electricians, an amazing sheetrock team and other specialists that helped with everything. All of the professionals that did work, did everything according to code and I'm happy with the end result and quality of work inside and out. Communication throughout the entire process was always constant (we had a text thread going that we could reply to anytime). They planned out the order of work and explained everything I wanted to know more about. They helped refine our design and were open to suggestions to help me make better decisions and get the results I wanted. We requested quotes from several painters, including Fresh Coat of Round Rock. Erick was by far the most responsive vendor we contacted. While not the least expensive quote we received, he was not far off that mark, and his responsiveness (and breakfast tacos) sealed the deal for us. Scheduling was easy, and he was very clear (and accurate) about what to expect during painting. The crew was polite, respectful of our house, and most importantly, skilled. We were still living and working in the house while they were painting, and their strategy about how to paint the house and communication about each days goals made that far easier than expected. The final work looks fantastic - we had several accent walls, and two rooms with different colors completely from the rest of the house. All of that was handled correctly, and resulted in a house that looks and feels like home. I would hire Erick and Fresh Coat of Round Rock again!

What set him apart was the knowledge and expertise he showed during our quote. He was so kind and took his time educating us on what to look for, specific kinds of paints, etc. Hi quote was also SO user friendly. He had everything laid out so we could clearly see how much each room/area would cost. He quoted us for 4 days for the house and they finished in two which was a nice bonus. We are SO impressed by the quality. No drip spots on any trim, carpets. Everything was appropriately covered prior to painting. They removed all the vents and face plates for the switches instead of painting around them.
