Even though he had a jam packed schedule prior to Christmas, he made the effort to come do the job on the eve of my party. Not only was Brian a gentleman, he did a great job on the carpets he steam cleaned. At first, we were skeptical about the 2 hour dry time (compared to the typical 1-2 day dry time we were used to from prior carpet cleanings)... but we found this method to be so much better! Effective process safe for pets and children, with very little dry time and no large hoses being dragged in through the house from a truck. This process actually lifts dirt and odors out of the carpet vs. trapping or masking the dirt and odors as some other processes do. Not only was Monty wonderful with his thorough explanation of the entire Oxi Fresh process; he was an all around great guy who truly cares about his customers.
