I pointed to my dress that had big pulled apart in the inseam. She told me the price which I thought was expensive but I just wanted both sides fix. While this might not be a review towards the Tide Dry Cleaners since they take alterations to a different company. I believe they should at least check to see if the job was done correctly. Let me say all staff was pleasant and happy to help. I didn't even care that it took two weeks to get my dress back. I got to my car to see how it looked. Left side of the dress was great. When I went to the right I noticed it was not fixed. I just paid $20 to fix plus $15 to f and clean my dress. I honestly thought about telling the staff. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of waiting another two weeks for my dress and had to rush to a meeting right away. So I left in good terms and will not return to this establishment. If anyone knows of any other cleaners who do alterations and are fast in the Naples location please let me know. Update: I spoke with Amanda who had emailed me the same day about my incident with my dress. Amanda was professional and very apologetic! I was not expecting an email and a call right away. I was not expecting her to also be so generous. This in my opinion is outstanding customer service! I understand mistakes happen. I am just so happy to get my dress fixed! Thank you Amanda!

Although they offered to ship the items up north, it was not a feasible option for me as I have a set of clothes that I like to keep at my condo here. I requested delivery to an alternative Naples address on the following Tuesday, providing simple instructions. However, the items did not arrive, and they attributed the delay to another system error. The person who was doing a favor for me waited all day at their home just for nobody to show, or even give the courtesy of calling me on the phone to say they would not be showing up. My request for compensation on a $30 order was denied, with management claiming that the issue was beyond their control. Although the technical glitch was not their fault, they failed to acknowledge their responsibility for ensuring the smooth functioning of their system. The manner in which they addressed the issue lacked professionalism and was perceived as rude and unaccountable. I was told 200 other customers didn't have a problem and that I was the only one who wants something for free. While they may have attempted to reassure me by citing the lack of similar complaints from other customers, it came across as dismissive and invalidating. Whoever answers their calls and text messages needs to learn it's not what you say, but how you say it. Please work on your interpersonal skills, particularly in addressing customer concerns with empathy and tact.

This would be about a $20 job at home. At this joint, $47! I was stunned when I picked it up. The lady at the counter said she always tried to warn people about the price when they drop stuff off because people are often angry when they pick things up and it costs a lot more than they were expecting. Hell, I could have thrown it out and bought a whole new warmup set for less! So save yourself the headache...don't go in the first place.

Since 2005 when our office was down the street we have been loyal customers of Champion Cleaners. Even after our office relocated outside of Naples in 2007 we continued driving the extra miles to stay loyal. Submitted bed comforter for its first drycleaning in July 2009. Comforter was returned damaged. Cording was cracked and stuffing was flattened. Returned comforter to Champion to resolve. Nothing was done for several months and messages unreturned. We made several in-store visits to get updates. The staff provided no information and the manager was never available. In December 2009 we reached Peter Atwood, Manager via phone. At first he claimed that he knew nothing about the comforter sitting there for almost 4 months. Then he belligerently declined any responsibility. After apologizing for their anger and thanking us for our calm and patience all these months, Mr. Atwood agreed to both 1) attempt to locate identical replacement and 2) obtain repair estimate from seamstress. Commitments by Mr. Atwood to provide us updates via telephone have never been fulfilled. Continued efforts on our part to reach Mr. Atwood via phone throughout the elapsing months have resulted mostly in unreturned messages. To the best of our knowledge Champion has been unsuccessful at contacting the manufacturer to find a replacement. Also, we have never received factual information about the cost to repair. Mr. Atwood has offered to get permission from his boss to pay for the repair.
