Within three day of the final permanent installation I began to experience pain in the jaw and pain when I eat as well. DR. Black tried to adjust the bite but I experienced no improvement . After many phone calls it was made clear to me that I should seek a second opinion . I was also informed that I had signed a legal document ( I had no idea that I did) holding the dental firm impossible to sue . One of three dentist that I visited regarding this problem suggested removal and replacement with a new bridge . Currently I am living with moderate pain . Periodontics and Dental implant center did offer me a payment of $ 1600.00 . I believe that I will have to replace this bridge in the future . I hope I'm wrong

The treatment areas are very modern, scrupulously clean and well designed. The treatment chair the hygienist used had a back massage feature that was a pleasant surprise and made the cleaning less stressful. I am actually feeling confident about going back for the dental work that needs to be done. This was my first appointment with Dr Barr.

So by the time I went to see Dr. Barr, I was already annoyed with the situation. He was able to put me at ease and fix my tooth with a friendly and professional attitude. He makes you feel like he truly cares and you are not just a number. I appreciate the fact that he explains what is going on and not just making excuses. His goal is to have you leave happy and he really made my nightmare turn around. I believe that my drive from work (45 minutes) was worth it! I can now eat and drink like a normal person again!

However, they are a specialty so things aren't covered by most insurance WITHOUT a referral. So now I'm getting a $100 bill for items that I was never informed of. When I called they told me, "we aren't a general dentistry", funny how that was not told to me when, I called to make an appointment for my 6 month cleaning and checkup, filled out the paperwork or told when I was there. Needless to say....first and last time here. Also, I saw the Dr. a total of 3 mins. The rest of the time was with someone who cleaned my teeth. And how is that not a general dentist???
