I truly believe I have now waited enough time before deciding to write the following.
My initial visit to Baylee Dental under the original ownership of Dr. Agatha Cayia was unfortunately not a good one yet it definitely was a very memorable one, which I should have taken as a move-on sign and unfortunately did not.
Through just a routine new patient examination Dr. Cayia managed to unbelievably round off an upper central incisor crown, which had just a miniscule chip in the back, which I gave her no permission to do and unfortunately was now forced to live with, and also signal out a back bottom molar for a cavity, which was given me absolutely no problem and which I strongly conveyed.
The truth is, it was only after the molar was worked on that I started having extreme sensitivity and occasional discomfort and maybe less than a year afterwards under the new ownership of Dr. Catherine Baitinger and Dr. Joseph Orlando, DMD the molar unfortunately split and had to be unbelievably extracted.
Through scheduling I was unfortunately given Dr. Baitinger as my dentist, which hindsight truly being 20/20, I should have asked & waited for Dr. Orlando instead.
Dr. Baitinger extracted the molar and what I will say from my few visits to her is, she is not only extremely unprofessionally aggressive & rough yet she sadly lacks very much needed care & compassion as well.
The extraction not only left me in extreme discomfort, which was sadly never addressed, before or after her so-called vacation, yet she unbelievably left small tooth remnants (Spicules) inside the extracted site causing extreme discomfort and prompted an emergency phone call to the office.
I was given an emergency follow up appointment to see Dr. Orlando, which as soon as I met him with his genuine concern & care, it solidified why I should have chosen him as my dentist instead. Dr. Orlando looked at the site thoroughly and concluded, because of my rapid healing, it would be best for me to take a OTC pain reliever as needed and let nature push the spicules out one by one, which it thankfully did.
My final straw now with Baylee Dental and Dr. Baitinger is, in May of 2024 one of my upper crowns came off while having some lunch and hoping I would now be assigned Dr. Orlando I unfortunately was given Dr. Baitinger again, who not only didn't disgracefully inquire of the extraction she performed, yet she was once again so aggressive and rough in the re-cementing of the crown that the adjacent crown fell off only months later, which was and is absolutely no surprise to me.
So, I call this so-called caring practice and I'm unbelievably told by Morgan at the front desk, who let Dr. Baitinger know, "Dr. Baitinger is booked for the remainder of the week and she said, if it starts to cause pain, go somewhere else and have it done."
I wonder how Morgan would feel if her loved one was unbelievably told this?
Maybe if she did rightful follow up calls, which she obviously and disgracefully doesn't, she would have learned that I still didn't get the crown recemented, yet they (Baylee Dental) sadly just don't care, especially when it's the time of the year when they have their pick and choice of patient$.
This cold & heartless response comes from the same so-called caring doctor that said to me when I said, with all the advancement in dentistry I can't believe a chipped crown still can't be fixed?
Dr. Baitinger says, "Why would I want to fix a chipped crown when I can just sell you a new one?"
As you can imagine, I was speechless, as what an absolute cold, terrible & one $ided thing to say from a very obvious uncaring individual and so-called Doctor.
I'm now officially done with Baylee Dental as they unequivocally proved to me it's $olely the Dollar$ that governs their deci$ionS & way$.
Sadly, it's no longer a Medical Profession yet instead it's, "A Medical Conce$$ion"
Everyone stay well,
