It's also a zoo when you go in there. It's very hectic and I've never seen the same hygienist more than once. They also have an annoying habit of pestering you. For example, I had a 1pm appt. I was parking the car and at 1:01pm I get a call asking if I'm still coming. However, on multiple visits I've waited in the lobby 15 minutes past the appointment time to be taken in. So they are fine with making you wait but 1 minute late on your part and it's an issue.

The only reason for the four stars is because I feel the cleaning was way too quick and less than 10mins. She stated I didn't give her much which is a good thing I feel but I've never gotten a quick cleaning like that before. During that time I've had braces (twice), veneers, extractions, and several other procedures. Dr. Bringhurst and the team have done a lot of quality work for me over the years, and I'm grateful for that. Unfortunately, as the practice has grown, I've noticed a significant decline in customer service. The dental work has always been good, but the way patients are treated doesn't feel the same anymore. Today was the breaking point. One of my veneers came off for the fifth time. In the past, they simply re-cemented it without issue. This time I was told it would cost $600, and when I questioned the charge, I was basically told that if I didn't like it, I could leave. So I did. This review isn't about the money. It's about how a long-term, loyal patient was treated. After 14 years and the amount of work I've had done there, I expected a conversation, some understanding, or an effort to help--not an ultimatum. I truly wish Dr. Bringhurst and the staff the best, and I appreciate the years of care they provided me. But because of the way this situation was handled, I'll be finding a new dentist. I hope this feedback encourages the practice to remember that great customer service is just as important as great dental work.
