The manager, Misty, is a nightmare to deal with. She would never answer the phone when I would call the office. She was also very lax about responding to emails. I would request to have certain people clean, and my request would hardly ever be honored. The actual cleaners, all except for 2, were extremely rude and unprofessional. They even had a male employee who had terrible body odor. It was offensive. He would go from room to room, and the smell would stay in every single room. Kind of defeats the purpose of cleaning! They also left mold in my master bathroom shower because they did not properly scrub the shower walls or floor. They would not dust my home correctly. I would always find a lot of residual dust, and it seemed like my furniture was not being polished. The cleaners would also be cleaning while talking or texting on their cell phones, which in my opinion is extremely unprofessional. 2 of the cleaners were sisters, and they had an argument in my home while working. That was my final straw. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Save your money, and get a nice little workout & clean your own home before you ever hire these people!

I can understand a mistake but it could've been caught without the need for a follow up visit. Even when she came back to clean she left without asking if the job was completed to my satisfaction just said goodbye and left. I called to indicate I would like to set up service again. Days later they called to tell me that instead Of the rate I had been paying, they were charging more. When I heard the amount, I immediately thought no way. It was a 29% price increase. I understamd we have high inflation, but not 30% inflation rate. I'm retired and I don't get a 30% increase in my monthly income. The work is mediocre at best. I can't count the number of times they knocked the shower door off the rail. While I have a lot of clutter, I don't expect them to move everything. But there were too many times when the end tables or night stands were not even dusted. I'll find someone else who wants to do a good job.
