All I can say is WOW!! I made an appointment with this company last month and they sent Ted out to our house. Ted was extremely professional from the first phone call. He gave us a good estimate and had me send over photos of the really bad stains. He assured us he could get all the stains out without any problem and boy was he right! Ted showed up at our house right on time and got right down to business. He cleaned our carpets very efficiently and did spot treatments on the heavy stains. When he was done, ALL of the stains were gone!! Every. Single. One. Even that nasty red wine stain in the living room. Gone!! Our carpets literally look brand new, even a few weeks later. (Thank you, Ted!!) Ted made this a great experience for us and we've decided to get our carpets cleaned 3-4 times a year from here on out! If you're considering getting your carpets cleaned, call these guys before anyone else. You won't regret it!! read more

Beautiful Bright and best of all Sparkling clean. Truthmy carpets aren't the nicest, a bit old and a bit icky with doggie dirt and stuff. I have a big Malinois pup and a Black Lab. Everyday these two boys run around my yard that has trees and a garden along with dirt, mud, fertilizer, etc.! EVERYTHING gets traipsed in muck!! Yuck !! After the carpets were cleaned by Pristine I was shocked. They looked new and felt great! Pristine has awesome customer service, answered all my questions.Bbooked me right away. They were on time, professional, clean, worked hard and did a great job in a timely manner. Highly recommended!! I'm happy I finally found my go to guys!! read more

Always a good experience when going to these guys for carpet cleaning services. I have two dogs that had messed up my carpet pretty bad with their little "accidents" the carpet went from an off white to a near brown color. I contacted these guys and the service was pretty quick and actually really helped reduce almost all of the color/odor on my carpet! The machine the guy used was pretty small and not very loud. However it did the job well! He was in and out within about 15 minutes including the prep time! I've since recommended these guys to several other friends and family members because of their efficiency, prices, and speediness. I myself will definitely be using them again soon enough when my carpet gets dirty again. Thanks! read more

It takes a bit for me to leave a review. You have to be really good or bad at what you do but these guys are GREAT! I had multiple stains that had been in my carpet for years that I thought there was no chance of getting them out. I knew they'd be able to help, but getting them out completely was impossible at this point. To my surprise they managed to get the stains out the ENTIRE way! I was stoked! I really thought I was going to have my carpets ruined forever. That was just me talking over strictly their work alone. Their customer service is also awesome. They were on time and made sure to charge me the same amount as they had agreed over the phone. They're guy Sean was professional and got the job done in a timely manner. As you can see, another happy customer here and I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaner from here on out. Take my advice, they are the best. read more

I have 2 kids and a couple pets in my home, and you could probably guess that my carpet needs extra attention to get all the stains and dirt off. I was a little weary trying a company that I didn't know what kind of job they would do and if it was worth the money. Must say, I've gone through other carpet cleaning businesses before and this one is the best I've had. They did such a good job it looked like brand new carpet when I first got it. My carpet is very light (along with having pets) and it's easy to see when it gets dirty. I could see they took the time to do the job right. Very reasonable price for the quality of work they did. They were easy to talk to, to set up a day and time to come out. I won't have to call them as often to get a cleaning because it will last longer. Will definitely be hitting them up next time. Thank you! read more

Thank you Dave for doing an amazing job on our carpets! I had a great experience with this company, they above and beyond to make sure that your carpets are pristine (no pun intended). We've had a dog for many years, and that means very dirty carpets. They left my carpets looking and smelling new, and had very reasonable prices. They were very professional, and cordial. The reason they get 5 stars is because they were on time, and communicated clearly on every step of the cleaning. I will definitely be using these guys again, thanks again Pristine Carpet! read more

So satisfied with this company! The price was reasonable, unlike other shops and they did a great job! I unfortunately spilled a glass of red wine on my all time favorite rug, I thought it would be impossible to get the stain out of my rug. But with Dave's help, the spill is unnoticeable! I am so happy with the services provided annd the reasonable price charged! I am so happy I didn't go with any other company! Their prices are definitely hard to beat! read more

I used Pristine Carpet Cleaning recently and the service was amazing. Dave and his team blew me away! They did a thorough job on all 3 of my rooms and they did it in a timely fashion. I was helping out a friend clear out a room last week so she could get her carpets cleaned. She wasn't available to be there at her appt, so she asked me to come by while they cleaned. She has a little boy and had a couple stains on where he spilled his drinks. Pristine came by, and I think it was Dave who helped out. The appointment went be very smoothly and he was kind and professional. The carpets were left clean and looked like new! You could barely see any stains. I'm happy with the results and I'm sure my friend will be too. read more

Ted cleaned my carpets and did a great job! I have tried using those at home machines you can rent, it takes so much time and in the end isn't as thorough as you'd hope. Having someone come and do it professionally was so worth it. I'm never going back! Ted was polite, ON TIME, and really impressed me with his attention to detail. This saved me money in the long run, even with my cat, I got the majority of my rental deposit back. Thanks ted!!! read more

It was my first time getting my carpets cleaned and I'm happy to say it was a great experience. I wasn't exactly sure what to do or what to expect but the nice receptionist on the phone walked me through everything. She told me the types of furniture I needed to have removed and what could stay before coming over. She was also able to give me an almost spot on quote for everything. When the carpet cleaner came over he was super friendly and worked really hard. He never even took a break! Im definitely going to use them again!! read more

This company seriously has the best customer service hands down. Not only were my carpets cleaned as if they were installed brand new, but the way they interacted with me as a customer should deserve more than 5 stars. I would really like to point out Dave's amazing work on my 2 story home. He cleaned the carpets in my children's rooms (which let me tell you we're a disaster: completely covered in paint and glitter) and I kid you not my house looks just as amazing as when I moved in! Ask for Dave when calling in for their services, you won't regret it. I'll be using Pristine for time and time again!!! read more

After putting it off for too long I finally bit the bullet and had my carpet cleaned. After an awesome experience with Ted I definitely wish I had called them up sooner. There were a couple small but terrible spots that I pointed out but was sure it couldn't be fixed, yet they came out perfect and literally unnoticeable after. Looks like brand new carpet which I am stoked on. Not sure of their secret or types of cleaners they use but they work amazing. Price was pretty fair and no doubt that I'd recommend them to anyone! read more

Loved their work! Super professional. Me and my roommate hired them to clean the whole apartment, but when Ted showed up he asked us about our problem spots and made sure to tackle those first in case it needed a second run over. We had a couple high traffic areas and a couple puppy accidents lol. Most important he was on time! We had an awful experience with a different company who was two hours late!! Thank you Pristine! read more

They live up to their name of leaving a "prestine" clean to your carpets!! I am glad that I came across these guys. Ted did an amazing job. Customer service, punctuality, affordability, and a dime job is what customers seek and my expectations were exceeded. Not a single spot was left on my carpet and I am picky about everything. I enjoyed the reliability and professionalism held throughout the process. I will be recommending these guys to family members and friends for carpet cleaning. This is my go to carpet cleaning service. Travis was so awesome and amazing. I have two cats and I have tried so many different carpet cleaning products to get their hair ball stains and smells and dirt out of my carpet. I also have a 3 year old daughter (who as we all know how toddlers can be a bit messy at times) who loves to play with play dough and tends to get into my makeup. Travis was so quick and was super friendly and made sure that I was happy and satisfied with my carpet cleaning service. I highly recommend Pristine Carpet Cleaning Services and ask for Travis he is just wonderful. read more

The name definitely fits the service they provide! I was moving from one apartment to the next and we all know how particular rental properties are with the condition of the carpets when you move out. That being said, Ted made sure the carpets were pristine and move-in ready. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats and I know there were accidents along the way on the carpets from them and he made them totally disappear without a trace. The complex was very pleased with the result and I will absolutely refer this company to anyone that wants/needs a thorough and professional carpet cleaning done. read more

WOW what can I say about this amazing company. I got my carpets cleaned from these guys and they did such an amazing job. Ted was one of the gentleman who helped clean my carpets and I must say his politeness was very well appreciated. My carpets turned out amazingly and was very happy with the outcome. I had very dirty carpets due to dogs in the home and if you have animals then these guys can get out any stains. These guys really know how to clean a carpet and always finish the job. Ted was very friendly and couldn't be happier with the choice I made with going with these guys. I saw these guys on yelp and they deserve more reviews. If you have to go with a carpet cleaning crew then definitely choose Ted and his men. read more

I don't write yelp reviews often so when I do, you know it's legit. These past few months have been rough for me financially, so when it comes to hiring a service such as Pristine Carpet Cleaning, my frugal self wants good quality at a good price with good customer service. Might be asking a little too much but seems fair enough, right? So after doing some research and reading such great reviews from more than satisfied customers, I decided to cross my fingers and give them a shot. Turns out, I didn't even need to cross my fingers, these guys were excellent from beginning to end! Clear and concise over the phone, gave thorough information about their service and prices, patient with all my questions and concerns, and last but not least, revived my carpet when I lowkey thought there was almost nothing left to revive, haha. Best part, all within my budget! Absolutely amazing! 10/10 recommend this company to whoever needs their carpet cleaned!
