The Cleaning Lady's Of San Diego

I chose the "Move-out cleaning" with all the extras and was still disappointed. I will never hire…read morethem again. The Cleaning Ladies of San Diego serviced my condo as my tenant was moving out. My regular cleaner was booked solid so I used this service, even though it was 40% more. In spite of this, they neglected to clean the walls and other surfaces. The tenants moving in requested a move-in cleaning because they assumed nothing was done to clean the unit and they sent me 20 or so pictures. I then forwarded the photos to The Cleaning Ladies of San Diego so we could fix the situation. The Cleaning Ladies of San Diego insisted that walls weren't covered (so my fault for failing to read the fine print apparently). This does raise the question though- why wouldn't a simple wipe down be part of a move-out cleaning service? Every other service I've used has done this. Pictured below is what my new tenants picked up with a rag after wiping a single wall. What I did pay for, that clearly wasn't serviced though, were the baseboards and switches, which are still clearly dirty in the pictures below. The baseboards were painted 3 years ago and while I don't expect perfection, they clearly weren't touched by the cleaning team. I contacted the business to see if they could rectify the situation, and was told that since the 19 year tenant moving out gave them the approval on the job, it was considered finished and there was nothing more that they were willing to do. They now had my cash, after all, and urged me to personally inspect it myself in the future. Do yourself a favor and find a more honest business, unless you're the type of person who wants to look over the shoulder of your vendor to ensure they didn't cut corners or swindle you.

I contacted Damaris to clean my apartment when I had moved in. Her and her partner did a fantastic…read morejob cleaning the kitchen, our bedrooms, and especially the grimy shower. We were satisfied with their work and it is also quite affordable. Will be contacting them again for my future home cleaning needs.
