From the moment I walked in, George took the time to listen to what I wanted and personally walked me through different carpet options that fit both my style and my budget. He was patient, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the entire process. I don't know much about carpet, yardage, or square footage, but he explained everything clearly and helped me understand what to look for and what to avoid. I appreciated that he gave me options without any pressure and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions. I actually shopped around, but ultimately came back and specifically requested George because of how helpful and trustworthy he was. Highly recommend asking for him if you want an easy, stress-free experience!

First, I was recommended by the flooring contractor, who said they would get me the contractor price, which I was told when I purchased from Rayo. As it turns out, the "contractor price" was just their normal price, which I verified by calling and asking for the price. Secondly, they screwed up my underlayment order, giving me a lower-quality underlayment that I thankfully caught before the contractor installed it. This may have had the consequence of needing the flooring to be ripped out and underlayment replaced due to HOA rules of minimum sound abatement quality. And third, they couldn't find a flooring piece and told my contractor it was located at a different store, sending them from this location to Clairmont during rush hour. The piece was actually at this location, but they didn't even try looking for it. This delayed my project two days. Overall, they are untruthful and seem to be careless and unprofessional.

Truly worth the 5 stars rating! Scott and his team have…read morebeen extremely helpful and kind to us during the past two years. I highly recommend this business for any flooring needs. Let me preface this with some background - I bought a house a few years ago and I started noticing uneven floors in the kitchen. This was probably due to the original installers installing the island on top of the flooring, and not having enough space in btwn the flooring to breathe / bad installation. While looking for quotes, we did a lot of research beforehand so we could be prepared and understand what needed to be done so we wouldn't be upcharged. When we met Scott he was very friendly, knowledgeable with all of our questions, and eager to work with us. I feel like not a lot of contractors were as helpful and took us seriously so we were really excited to work with Scott. His prices were fair and we really appreciated him being flexible and working with our budget too. Fast forward to the installation, everything was great and the floors turned out beautiful! Abraham and his team were very professional, kind, and if we had any issues they were quick and open to fixing them. They were always on time and the flooring installation was pretty quick and painless (just be mindful that with this type of work the house will get dusty so be prepared to clean afterwards). They did the self leveling, added moisture barrier and installed our floors. We also asked them to redo our stairs / baseboards too so everything would match. Our stairs had some exposed edges that made it kind of difficult to rework and Abraham was able to figure out a nice way to make them look nice. A year later, we had a pipe leak / foundation issues and we reached out to Scott again to help provide a quote for our insurance since they were damaged. Scott was always one phone call away whenever we needed him to answer questions or stop by to provide quotes. We ended up working with him one more time because we trusted his team to redo our floors. Due to the nature of these unfortunate events, there were a lot of issues going back and forth with insurance, other contractors, and Scott was probably the most consistent one who we knew was on our side. He was always helpful, provided sound advice, and was just a great person to work with. I truly felt like he had our best interest and was working to help us fix our issues instead of just being a salesman and getting the most he could from us. He was helping us without a guarantee we would work with him because of all the insurance obstacles. It's really difficult to find people like that and I'm truly grateful for Scott and his team! The new floors turned out great! Since we only fixed part of our floors, I just want to mention that our original floors still look great no issues with them so far after a year!

Christian Brothers Flooring goes above and beyond to make sure your flooring project is installed…read moreto perfection. The employees that sell and those that install are extremely professional and easy to work with. We love our new flooring. We hired Christian Brothers through the Costco Flooring program, and the experience was frustrating…read morefrom start to finish. The original quote was completely off--after demo started, we were suddenly told we needed an additional $6,000+ in leveling costs due to our subfloor, nearly doubling our entire project cost (estimates given up front were $300 or up to $2,000 if it was really bad). We were given less than 24 hours to approve the change, with pressure to make a decision while under significant duress and with our home already torn apart. We were told the project would take just 2 days, and that we could stay in our condo with our cat--but that turned out to be completely unrealistic. Once the carpet was removed, the condo became dangerous and unlivable, with exposed nails, razor blades, and loose materials everywhere. We had to move out unexpectedly, adding stress and additional unplanned costs for lodging. We specifically chose Christian Brothers because they agreed to do the install on a Saturday and Sunday, which was crucial since we work full-time Monday through Friday. But when the installer arrived on Saturday to start the job, he told us, "We don't work weekends," and left with a future install date during the week. That bait-and-switch was incredibly frustrating and caused further delays. Communication was inconsistent and slow for months. At one point, our house key was even taken out of the country without our consent, and we were left waiting weeks at a time for follow-ups. The project, which was supposed to wrap by end of May, wasn't actually completed until September. Several issues--like a stuck open bathroom door due to installed transition piece, running out of flooring, drywall damage, missing trim, and gaps at the baseboards--were only resolved after repeated emails over several months, often weeks/months between responses on their end. The finished floor looks good (credit to the installer), but the stress, poor communication, unkept promises, very poor initial quote, and unsafe conditions made this project a nightmare. We expected a far higher standard from a contractor working through Costco. We would not recommend Christian Brothers to anyone looking for a reliable or transparent experience.

Second problem is they have been back every year since the install to correct the floor underneath which was not done properly. In fact the first year they came out the guy said they did a shitty job. Nice to hear from the store that their service was shitty. The floors had about a one inch movement up and down. So the second year another spot did the same thing. They came out and ripped it up a second time. Problem came back the next year in a different spot all within about a ten to twelve foot area. Each year a new spot and another ripping up of the floor. We had new baseboards installed through out the house and after 5 years and promises that the missing piece in the master bath would be done, it still isn't. Even this past summer the head guy said he was embarrassed that it wasn't done. But Guess what? Still not done. Plus all the installed baseboards have small little metal nail hole throughout as they didn't even cover them and paint over them. They look horrible. We recently had our upstairs done by a different company and I looked at Village carpets email from 2021 to get the color of our downstairs LVP. Turns out they changed the color on a different email without noting it and we ordered over 1000 sq ft of the incorrect color. This cost me over $3000 because they had changed color. Lost the price of the floors and labor as I noticed it was wrong after half the upstairs hallway was installed. Then had to look through past emails to find out the problem was that I was sent two different emails with two different floor colors. I have left messages for owner which are ignored. Crazy way to run a business.

Flooring Creations - After! We chose LVP for all downstairs surfaces for continuity- zero regrets!

The final result looks fantastic. The color, plank size, baseboards, and overall layout work beautifully in the space. The installation was quick and very well done. The installer they recommended and his crew were meticulous -- especially on the stairs, which turned out great. You can tell they paid attention to details like plank layout and variation so there's no obvious repetition. The crew was respectful of the property, communication was solid throughout, and questions were always answered promptly. Overall, this was a very positive experience and I'm extremely happy with how everything turned out. I'd absolutely recommend Flooring Creations.
