We spend over $1600 and 5 days (they would not give us a loaner or even a ride home after we paid the first repair and it would not start to take it home) Service Manager there is so rude, when we tried talking to him, he told us he didn't know anything about it and we need to deal with the parts people only. The same vehicle in your garage for 5 days, you would think as a manager you might notice that and think there is a problem. We already know that Ford dealerships have a book rate for labour cost (in other words if it takes 1 hour to fix a problem, they will charge you 2 if the book says that repair takes 2 hours)...we know this and that was never an issue. We felt we could trust a Ford Dealership to fix our Ford vehicle and we were very wrong. So back to our trusted independent mechanic. And off to court to sue Ridgehill to get some of our money back!!! BEWARE....

As the tires do not have abnormal wear I am happy I never did spend the money to have it done. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Ridgehill. The only issue I do have is that when I do come into town, an hour away, if anything needs checking to be able to have it checked out then not a week or 2 weeks from then. All in All very content with the service and your advisers are very pleasant to deal with.

It has been more than 8 months since I first brought my vehicle to the dealership for a tailgate kick sensor issue, which I understood to be covered under warranty. During these 8 months, I have repeatedly brought my car back, explained the same problem, and trusted the dealership to properly diagnose and resolve it. Instead, I was repeatedly given different explanations and sent back without a proper resolution. What makes this even more frustrating is that after 8 months of visits and waiting, I was finally told that my vehicle apparently does not have the particular sensor they had been trying to diagnose/fix. If that is the case, why did it take 8 months and multiple visits to identify something that should have been determined during the initial inspection? Even more disappointing, I was charged approximately $500 during last process just for diagnosis/investigation, despite the issue being related to a feature I believed should have been covered under warranty. I trusted this dealership with my vehicle and expected honest communication, proper diagnosis, and professional customer service. Instead, after 8 months, I am left feeling frustrated, ignored, and taken advantage of. I sincerely hope the management of Mitsubishi Cambridge takes this feedback seriously and reviews how this situation was handled. Customers should not have to repeatedly return for months for the same issue, pay hundreds of dollars, and still be left without a clear explanation or resolution. Very disappointing experience. Thursday, got the call that my car would be ready early in the afternoon. Again, super simple and easy pickup. Parked the rental, took a look at my car with the service manager, signed the paperwork, gave him the rental keys, got my key, and off I went. He expected me to pay for another repair after the front desk told me it would be taken care of, and when I told him this, he tore a strip out of me over the phone, and told me to NEVER bring my car for repairs ever again, despite the fact that the garage sold me my Cobalt. When I went to pick up my car, he was hiding in the garage and gave me no apology, even after I called the owner of the company. The woman running the front desk proceeded to rationalize his behaviour. This is obviously not the first time this has happened since no one seemed surprised, or attempted to fix the situation. Instead, I am somehow no longer welcome at a business that I have paid money to. This place is disgusting and should be ashamed of themselves, avoid at all cost unless you want poor service, poor repairs, over priced repairs, and major attitude from the mechanic.
