I'm still amazed by my hair after the keratin treatment! Having dexterity issues, the independence to style my own hair is a game changer. I can finally blow dry my hair straight without struggle. Huge thanks to Courtney for the amazing work and giving me the confidence to style my hair and feel beautiful! I'll be getting this treatment every 6 months!! read more

Such a great experience! Lee was able to get me in earlier when a cancellation opened up which I really appreciated. She truly listened to what I wanted, offered thoughtful advice, and the result was even better than I expected. The salon felt very welcoming and comfortable. I left feeling so happy with my hair. I highly recommend! read more

The owner told me she didn't know if she could even lighten dark blonde hair to platinum? I've been going to the best hairdresser for years now, who gets my hair white platinum, perfect, every time. She said it's easy if you know what you're doing. I'm so glad I wasn't welcome there, or I never would have found my hairdresser! Worked out great! read more

Not impressed. Took my toddler here for a trim and his hair was completely botched. The haircut took 5 minutes. Literally. We won't be back. Had high hopes for this place but was completely disappointed. They also quoted me $25 over the phone and charged me $27. $27 for a 5-minute cut. That's $324/hour. Yeah, not even close to worth it. I could have done a better job myself. read more

this amazing salon, conveniently located on route 9 in Framingham offers everything from cuts to color to extensions. makeup applications, tanning and waxing. I've been been going here for years and the staff is always kind, attentive, excellent, and professional. More importantly, it is the same staff year over year. Five stars and two thumbs up! My hair has never looked better! read more

This is a very irresponsible barbershop! Especially the clerk Lisa, I don't recommend anyone to dye their hair here. 1) The price is volatile, and the price before and after dying is different. 2） They put all the responsibility on the customer :"Because you don't know what you want" "Because it only took half an hour for others to bleach their hair, and your hair didn't fade for an hour and a half". I just want to say that everyone's hair is different from tone to texture. It's not anyone's fault for it not fading, especially the customers. I went for a consultation; showed Lisa a photo what I want, and decided to try highlighting here. After dying my hair, I found that there was almost no change to my original hair color, because the hair of High Light was too dark and there was no sand out. I tried to ask to find a middleground for a solution (can I dye the whole head or highlight again with a lighter color). Lisa said that if it was the full head color change it would require a Full Session Price.  Or a second try/appointment for the highlight costing $45. I made a second appointment after making the first full cash payment, when I emailed her to inquire about it, the price was raised to $60 again, and on the third day I texted them to cancel the appointment with them saying "because you don't know what you want" in a very bad attitude. 3) Everyone's hair color is different, and comparing customers has become a common topic/gossip in their mouths. Very disrespectful, I'd recommend them going on training on how to properly treat customers. read more

Thrilled we've found Prisms! Setting appointments is a breeze and we're always happy with Nathania's cuts. She's reassuring and welcoming with our boys (6 & 9 with curls) and really listens to what they each want. The studio is convenient and well set up. read more

Who does that no one ! They are the best ! Be sure to support our small business In a time like this ! Buy gift certificates! read more

Best haircut ever! I have been jumping from salon to salon in Framingham trying to find someplace where a stylist knows how to cut hair. It took me forever to find someone who knows what they are doing. Miranda at Prism Hair Design was the answer. I have course/fine / curly/wavy hair that I have kept in a bob cut for years just because it was the only style that most hairdressers could do with such a strange combination of hair texture. I also color my hair but had no luck finding anyone who knew how to keep a color that lasted more than 3 weeks. Miranda cut and colored my hair from a bob length to short. It looks fabulous. Everyone who has seen it can't believe how much younger it makes me look and it's very flattering. I purposely waited four weeks to write this review since trying to manage a style on your own can be completely challenging. It still looks great. The prices are not cheap but sometimes you just gotta do it. So happy I found her. read more

The stylists at the salon are so incredibly nice! They fit me in the same day, called me to confirm, and made the whole process extremely pleasant. Faryn is very talented, and I will be going back to her. Thanks so much for a great job! One important aspect of this salon is that not once was I asked to buy a product - that is a big turn-off for me and the main reason I have not stuck with other salons. Thanks for putting the customer first and not being pushy. This is a great place! read more

I am new to the area and was looking for a new stylist. At Prisms hair design I found Maranda, my hair was so long and needed a desperate lift. She did a wonderful cut with lots of layers to add in volume. Great prices too! I will definitely be coming back. read more

The salon staff are friendly and have amazing customer service. I refer my friends all the time to the salon (hair, make up, wedding make up trials and facials). I Met Molli Currier (the salon esthetician) three years ago. She has changed my my life/skin. I see her every three to four months for facials. Mollie also does my make up for weddings and work events. She is professional and amazing at what she does. I got my lashes lifted and tinted recently by Mollie for the first time. She explained the product that she was using and what to expect/timeline for each step. I've received so many compliments! I strongly recommend mollie for facials/makeup/lashes. read more

I've been going to Prisms for years and I won't ever go somewhere else! I have brought my daughter to Prism a few times over the past year and I have to say they have been excellent. On several occasions they have squeezed us in with only a few days notice. They have even opened up early to do my daughter's hair for a cheer competition. The salon is neat and clean! The hair dryers hanging from the ceiling are cool. read more

My 16 year old daughter has now gone here twice & has been so happy each time. Nathania has done her hair - first a cut & then an amazing color job!! She did a darker color on top with a beautiful vibrant pink underneath! I didn't know what to expect but it looks fantastic! We are both extremely happy! They also take appropriate Covid precautions & we felt safe going there. read more

Love, love, love this salon! Lee has been my stylist for years and she is an expert with color. Lisa is amazing as well! The best keratin treatments and love the way she styles my hair. My new favorite is Mollie! Had the best facial last week. Great products, very relaxing and neck and upper back massage was amazing ! Mollie is very knowledgeable about skin care and gave me some great advice. Highly recommend Prism!!! read more

I have been coming to Prisms for about two years. Maranda is the first hairdresser that I have seen consistently in my whole life. I used to just go where ever I could get a last minute appt. and now I have found a home at Prisms. She is always accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable about anything I want to try with my hair. My husband also goes to see her and he doesn't trust anyone when cutting his hair! I highly recommend Prisms and Maranda! read more

I am very blessed to be neighbors with Prism Hair Salon. The owner, Lee is kind and caring to both her employees and customers. She runs a top notch business and I am so happy to have a business two doors down from her. We will all get through this difficult time together through love and support. We will all come out stronger and better in the end. Love to all of you. read more

Completely disorganized. Don't wAste your time. I have been there a few times and every time the hairdresser is in a rush because she doesn't know how to schedule her time or appointments. Then one time i get an email and a call for an appt and when I show up I have no appt and they tell me they confused me with someone else. Not worth the time. read more

Small salon tucked away in a little strip mall but a hidden gem! Lisa is absolutely fantastic with color and color correction as well. Lisa does an excellent job with my dark hair and her cuts are fabulous too..they last for months on my short hair; growing and evolving into a continous nice style as it grows. Prices are great as well. Recommend making an appointment as they are always busy here. read more

The owner Lee has cut and styled my hair for years until I decided to just shave it. I send all my friends to her and they all have been so impressed with her and her stylists services. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone, especially if you are looking for a new look & color. read more

Salon is clean and staff super friendly. Lee did a super job with my foil color! Love this place!

This is an amazing salon, they are much different from most salons...they actually care about their clients.. I have been coming back from box dying my hair black And been highlighting my hair so I can go back blonde, anyways my hair still had random darker colors in it and they were able to get it to a beautiful blonde color and they use olaplex which was a miracle for my hair. My cut came out and amazing too! I highly recommend this salon read more

Been going to Prism for years. Great staff, very polite and courteous. Always ask if you want a coffee or water. Very nice. Price is very reasonable. Love that they email you an appointment reminder. Keep up the great work. read more

It was $50 for a TRIM and it was not blow dryed or washed. It was a terrible haircut! She told my daughter that she had layers when she has never had layers in her life and she insisted she had layers and that layers would be better. At the end when she gave her some type of product she hardly gave her any and called her hair dry! This is not the first bad hair cut we have had here. read more

I've been getting my haircut by Lee and her marvelous team for over 15 years now. I highly recommend their dedicated expert services.

My entire family loves Prisms and all the stylists and artists there. Lee, the owner, has been cutting, coloring and styling my hair for a few years now. It always looks great and I receive tons of compliments (even my mom likes it). I have very fine hair, which she manages to make look thicker than I deserve. My daughters both love their hair after Prisms gets finished with it. Prom and Sweet Sixteen hair and makeup was so on point; my daughter felt confident, happy and beautiful on her important days. Even my husband has gotten his hair cut at Prisms and feels special there too. All in all, it's a fantastic place that can and does meet all beauty needs! read more

What a great salon!!! You get the feel of Newbury St wtihout the Newbury St. prices and parking problems. An urban feel in the suburbs! Lee is amazing at what she does I am so happy I found her!!! Thank you Prisms Hair Design Studio read more

Love Prism Hair Salon. Lee is a very talented and creative hair stylist. She always has great ideas for a new haircut and a new hair color. Would never go anywhere else. The salons atmosphere is very friendly. Feel very comfortable and welcome every time I go. Faryn & Lisa are also great. Highly recommend. Never had a problem with appointments. read more

Really didn't like my haircut, felt the stylist was very inexperienced. Also, my curly hair was bleached WITHOUT ASKING ME. I ONLY knew because I asked what the weird smell was. I was charged the price of a luxury haircut and color for what I feel I could have gotten at Supercuts. I NEVER would have agreed to the bleaching had I been asked and my hair is suffering for it. read more

Looking for a great facial with individualized product suggestions for your skin? You have to see Molly at Prism Hair Design in Framingham!

Just. Wow. Absolute artistry! The level of professional expertise, quality of products, and the comfortable neighborhood vibe made this the best salon experience ever. My hair has never looked better. Lee gave me extensions, resulting in the volume, length, and color that enhances my skin tone, while still looking as natural as if it grew there by itself. I've had extensions before and these are a relative breeze to maintain. Thank you, Lee! read more
