Nicole provided modification options so that it's beginner friendly but can be ramped up to be challenging for experienced Reformer users too. Form Flow is on the 2nd floor- I'm not sure if there is an elevator, but there are stairs at both ends of the building. The building is very new, and the equipment is great. There is a water fountain, as well as spacious cubbies for your shoes and bags/belongings. There are 2 restrooms, which were nice and clean. After the class, they wipe down the reformer for you so it's ready for someone else to use. You can wear grippy socks if you have them, or you can go barefoot. I attended this class as part of ClassPass. Highly recommend trying Form Flow Pilates for your fitness needs.

Two of them worked at other yoga Facilities I have been at in the past so it was nice to see my friends again as well as new people. The pace is great and variety of practice....and I haven't even met all the instructors yet! There are many more classes to try! It is my new yoga home. Very cozy. In fact, it was one of the worst Ashtanga classes I have attended. I left 30 minutes after the start of class feeling that my time and money had been wasted. One challenge was that the class appeared to be paced around the student with the least experience. I understood accommodating new practitioners is important, but it came at the expense of maintaining the rhythm that most students expect from an Ashtanga practice. The instruction was difficult to follow and the instructor practiced with the class, which resulted in her trying to teach through heavy breathing at times. This made it hard to hear and understand her. There were also several instances where the breath cues did not align with the movements being taught. I believe clear instruction, appropriate pacing, and accurate breath-to-movement guidance are essential components of a strong Ashtanga class. I did love the coffee shop and the feel of the overall yoga room.

This establishment is a much-needed addition to Fort Bend County, especially as many yoga studios have shut down post-pandemic. The owner, Arshi, is welcoming and, if she's in the lobby, will greet you with a smile. She is genuine, and her Sky Sounds class is cosmically fantastic--but more on that later. The entire staff, ranging from the front desk to the baristas, are all great. Speaking of which--I'll start with the coffee. All of the baristas are friendly and, best of all, experienced and hone their craft. The café offers lattes, smoothies, drip, etc. The vibe is really relaxing and NOT LOUD. One issue with working off the Wi-Fi at any café is the loud music or grinding of the beans. Here, you can actually pop open your laptop and work or study. They also hand roll and boil all the bagels. It's a long process, but they take pride in them and I buy them everytime I go! Now, let's get to the yoga classes--there is a WIDE variety of classes ranging from Yin to Ashtanga and everything in between. THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL GYM-YOGA type of class. Yogis are encouraged to abide by proper YOGA STUDIO ETIQUETTE--which includes putting your phone away in the cubbies before entering the beautiful rooms. You are expected to fully immerse yourself in class and disappear from the outside world. I love a mirror selfie like the next gal, but please, please, don't be that person whose phone goes off in class. Most classes, by the way, adorn you with a fragrant, cold, wet towelette during savasana. That's how you know you're in an elite studio. The rooms themselves have a natural biophilic décor with real plants, palo santo, natural light for the day, and dimmed or blue lights for the evening. Check out my pics for the Sun Room and the Moon Room... both are equipped with all the props you need to position yourself comfortably (bolsters, straps, blocks, and blankets). Sky Sounds so far the most popular class right now, and let's get back to the word "disappear." This isn't your typical sound bath. You will hear more than just bowls; Arshi uses all different instruments to make various sounds to produce different feelings throughout the cells in your body. You will lie still and be so relaxed that you may hear the sounds of people deep breathing and even snoring. It is the perfect class if you need to relieve stress, because you will feel like you're floating on a cloud in the SKY and disappeared from the outside world. Heavenly. You deserve it. I can go on and on about how selfcare is not selfish, but just try it out. It's a welcoming safe space. If you're not into yoga... that's fine. Just go for the coffee, then.

Phillip, the owner and instructor, is very friendly and helpful in making you feel comfortable at this studio. Since the studio is so small (picture one long room with 6 reformers placed slanted along one long mirrored wall as the whole studio), you never feel like you'll be forgotten or neglected. Phillip either can tell what your level is or knows your level if you're a regular here and will help you and / or push you to do the best you can and get the best workout possible. I've been here twice now and both times I left feeling like I was standing up a little bit straighter and like I had magically developed my six pack a little during that one hour work-out. If I didn't live half an hour away from here, I would definitely come back here as a regular after my Groupon was used up.
