Much of the equipment appears old and poorly maintained. During our most recent visit, we noticed the liquid spray wax operating but the dispenser was clearly malfunctioning. Most of the wax was spraying onto the ground instead of onto the vehicle, making it feel like we paid for a service we never actually received. Another frustrating experience was the constant upselling. When we checked in, we were offered a clay bar wax treatment for $150. We politely declined, but while the car was being vacuumed, another employee approached us and tried to sell the exact same service again--this time quoting $350. Receiving two completely different prices for the same service within minutes was confusing and felt unprofessional. This business is in a prime location in the heart of Burlingame, and it has the potential to be a fantastic neighborhood car wash. With better maintenance of the equipment, more consistent pricing, and a less aggressive sales approach, it could provide a much better customer experience. I hope the owners invest in improving the facility because we'd love to continue supporting a place we've been visiting for so many years.

But you should treat your customers with a basic level of respect and try to be helpful as opposed to being dismissive and hoping that the problem just goes away. Very frustrating.

If you need a quick & basic car wash - this is a good deal.

Quick Quack isn't cheap, nor that great of a value but we only use it when I'm a rush and it's on the way. We got a one-time wash, and they wrote on our windshield. When pulling in we noticed that this location has two lines, and that everyone was only in the right lane. The employee came up to spray the car barely hit our car. It was basically a light sprtiz. Then going through the car wash it was as if they just poured the cleaner and the water on our car. The brushes did nothing. When exiting the car wash, it didn't even remove the markings that the employee wrote on our car. Our car did *not* look clean whatsoever. We paid for a service that we never received. Save your time and money, go somewhere else.

Almost perfect, but one star off for the inconvenience of assembling cash/quarters. I go straight down the list (pre-soak, wash, foam brush, rinse, conditioner, spot-free rinse). Everything comes out of the metal nozzle hose except the foam, which comes out of the brush on the opposite wall. Pre-soak and spot-free rinse are low-pressure. I let the timer run out after soaping up with the foam brush, then take my time giving it a thorough scrub before re-starting the timer. I let it air dry as I drive home; the spot-free rinse lives up to its name! It helps to have a friend in charge of putting in coins and changing wash modes. I have not tried the vacuums. Overall, I get a great wash for about $8 (compact car). $3 minimum to get it going and that gets you 4min (20sec per quarter).

My family was waiting to head out when I got home, I opened the hatch of the car and the back wasn't vacuum at all and the rear seats weren't wiped down. That means the people that checked me in didn't do it and then the people drying and doing windows didn't either. When you pay $32 for a car wash thats unacceptable, and this wasn't a big SUV it was a Prius. Looks like I'll have to go to PDQ? You should really do better.
