We have not been back since the new Doctor has arrived but their tarnished reputation leaves us with hesitation to have this experience repeated at such high cost with terrible results. Our new provider (Prizim) has demonstrated professionalism but at cost; however, I'm willing to accept the price as long we have a positive experience.

The store has a solid selection overall, but they're often out of recent Magic: The Gathering sets, which can be frustrating for regular players. While some of the patrons are friendly, there are a few individuals who create a hostile and uncomfortable environment toward certain customers, and management does nothing to address it. It's disheartening to see that kind of behavior tolerated.
