Each time I've visited, I've never had a bad customer service experience, staff have always been so friendly, pleasant and eager to answer questions and they take care of the packages I send off. The space is clean and organized. They even tell you the different shipping rates and arrival times before completing the transaction for options. My last visit I asked about a printing job and she didn't know the answer so she called the owner or manager to ensure I got the answers I needed before I left. I truly appreciated that and for the owner/manager taking that call. There's a location that opened up closer to me, but I'll continue coming to this location!

My agency is in Dallas and we needed to get these components to the Speedway so instead of printing and shipping here in Dallas I tasked these guys to save money on shipping and save time since they are near the Speedway. It was a risk and I was against the clock. Evan worked with me the whole way and I put him through the grinder with a million questions he always came back with solid info. I took a leap of faith on him and he came through in a big way. With all the changes the clients had requested, he had to rework the estimate atleast three times. Then when qualifying day came he showed up with everything we asked him for, found my contact people and showed them how to set up and install the step & repeat with hardware etc. Evan went the extra mile and if I was you I'd put complete trust in this shop to get the job done. Maybe just dont change it on him 3 or 4 times like I did. Solid shop we will use them again for next years race if they will have us!

He then proceeds to tell me that there are drop off boxes and I could have completed the return myself. Smh!!! Robots will be doing everything pretty soon as humans do not want to work and lack customer service. He was not nasty in any way to me but it was just the entire experience. I hope they read this review and know it's me because I will go back as it is the closest location but I will give critique in person next time. I should write a letter to corporate about the white guy who was leadership because it starts from the top. ANNOYED
