That company quoted me $13,200 to replace the entire system. Fast forward to my experience with Billy Black. The first time I called I spoke to Billy, just a down-to-earth guy. Billy sent his technician Jake to give me a second opinion. Both Billy and Jake are true professionals. It's clear these guys operate on honesty and integrity. Jake used an electronic device to sniff our entire system. He could not find a leak. We did end up replacing condenser fan motor and topping off the system. I went from $13,200 with the other company to a few hundred with Billy Black. From now on, Billy will be my first phone call.

The latest repair is the third call to them for the same faucet issues. It has been 3 weeks since I called the service, 2 weeks since they simply came and looked at the issue, and I am still waiting for them to actually schedule a final visit and replace the faucet. This will be the last time they walk on my property, and also will have me looking to replace American Home Shield as well. I don't recommend either company for repairs to a dog house.

Logan F. & Candice S. were the ones assigned to fix the leak. Logan's work is nothing short of the highest quality. They repaired the leaks, cleaned up after themselves and did it with a smile. Both Logan and Candice are a great examples of how amazing employees should represent a company. I am amazed at the competency this company and their employees represent. I STAYED HOME FROM MY AUNT'S FUNERAL to meet this guy!! He's decided I need a pump condenser WITHOUT LOOKING at my unit. Yesterday morning's external temp was 54 degrees, unit was set at 67 degrees.
