When a handyman was called out, he told us that it was a safety hazard to live in the house with those electrical problems. However, they never did resolve the issue. There were other instances like this, like the insane amount of mice droppings we found on top of the dishwasher before we moved in. Having to defend our case to get simple things repaired or replaced became too redundant and a bit humiliating so we eventually moved out. As a real estate professional myself, I couldn't recommend this company with a clear conscious.

Mainly she charges for everything, make sure if youre planning to rent here for the price. Write down and take a lot of photos because she will take out as much as possible from your deposit. Youre lucky to even get your deposit back. When you move out youre expected to clean if you dont she will charge you $350 and $250 for carpet shampoo. Everything! Fit example you lose your keys it's $60. If you pay rent late its $60, she charges for everything. No freebies. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. Laundry isnt free, you have to pay everytime to use it. This location only offers spectrum internet no Froniter! You pay all utilities only water and trash is covered. A lot of car accidents occurs in the intersection of vons and Starbucks.
