Having to defend our case to get simple things repaired or replaced became too redundant and a bit humiliating so we eventually moved out. As a real estate professional myself, I couldn't recommend this company with a clear conscious.

I Report this to her, but she said there is nothing she can do. She told me just call the police if something happens. I had one Homeless guy trying to get inside my unit. I didn't even feel safe being there. The one dumpster outside would attract frequent dumpster divers. The price was good, apartment was okay. Mainly she charges for everything, make sure if youre planning to rent here for the price. Write down and take a lot of photos because she will take out as much as possible from your deposit. Youre lucky to even get your deposit back. When you move out youre expected to clean if you dont she will charge you $350 and $250 for carpet shampoo. Everything! Fit example you lose your keys it's $60. If you pay rent late its $60, she charges for everything. No freebies. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. Laundry isnt free, you have to pay everytime to use it. This location only offers spectrum internet no Froniter! You pay all utilities only water and trash is covered. A lot of car accidents occurs in the intersection of vons and Starbucks.

We've been renting from her for 3 years and our house is old and falling apart, and she tries to blame us for everything and make us pay to repair it all ourselves. Mind you, the house was build in the early 70's and is falling apart bc everything is original and has never been replaced, that's not damage from the renters. All that are done to the properties are "band-aid" fixes unless she can get sued for something then she'll actually make a half-way effort. Not a great experience, and can't wait to leave.
