When I contacted billing after their voicemail threatening collections to attempt to correct the address and set up a payment plan, I was told the problem was my fault for not including my apartment number on the original registration form. I was also told there were no flexible payment options outside of their automated system, which only allowed payment timing based on the original statement date rather than my current situation. Overall I do not believe they can provide adequate service based on simply blaming patients for their mailing system not accepting apartment numbers correctly. Edit in addition: I have already reached out via email and then received a call yesterday requesting I call the customer service line who told me that when I did. The business was supposed to be open until 5. At 3:50 they were closed. When I called to ask what was going on he was very rude. Needless to say, I will never go back there. I am a chronic illness patient so I encounter many doctors, and often when going to urgent care I encounter doctors of which who instantly dismiss me, don't listen to my concerns, or make me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. Dr Miseno-Callaghan is definitely not in that group, and was very patient and made sure she got a history, as well as a second opinion before advising and treating me due to my chronic conditions. Due to a dental infection I have, she advised me of doctors and locations that will likely accept my insurance, as well as have openings. When I came in I felt lost, stuck, and suffering. Now the next day I feel better due to the medication prescribed by her, and the guidance, as well as validation, she has given me.

The doctor spent all of two minutes with me, and determined the only course of action was for me to see a specialist. Then I got stuck with a $190 bill for this complete and utter waste of time. I have filed a dispute on the bill, and will file a complaint with the NY Attorney General's office as well. This company is a scam. Avoid at all costs.

There were two parties in the waiting room when I arrived. The receptionist greeted me and told me to have a seat. She never entered me in the computer. I waited there for 60 minutes, along with one of the original parties and another party that arrived after me. I went back to the desk because I kept getting messages that I was late for my appointment. Finally, I was taken into a room. Walking through the back area, I didn't see any medical staff. I waited in the room for 30 minutes without anyone seeing me. At 1:30pm the app asked if I wanted to reschedule my appointment. Finally someone came in, asked some questions and wrote me a prescription. I think the staff was either at lunch or there were no practitioners on duty until after 1:00pm. I learned my lesson from this appointment. Don't go to Wellniw at lunch time.

I had the displeasure of coming to this location (second visit- haven't been for myself but I've been here with a partner and now my mother) with my mum, and immediately upon reception, the sour faced girl at the counter was regurgitating lines for intake, without bothering to even lift her head and acknowledge the person in front of her. You could tell me she had an atomic warhead candy caught in her throat given how puckered and unwelcoming she was. It's remarkable how many nurses hate patients. It's not a trend, it's actually a stat. That's just sad. Find a different job if you hate people so much sweetheart.
