VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I returned 2 Amazon packages at this store. Upon entering the store,…read moreI did not see any signs for the Amazon return counter hence I went to the shipping section where I was told (rudely) Amazon return was at the front. I finally caught a glimpse of a partially covered small Amazon Returns sign. There was no one at this counter but next to that counter a staff was attending to another customer. It must have been a complicated task as I waited for nearly 10 minutes as he walked past me several times attending to the need of that customer. He didn't acknowledge me at all for the entire time. After he finished with that customer, he went into a back room for several more minutes and upon returning he was going to walk past me yet again so I asked him if he was supposed to be the Amazon return person. He said he wasn't but he would help me (seemingly) with reluctance. He scanned one of my packages but he said he couldn't do the second package as it was a UPS return. He directed me back to the Shipping section where the same rude person told me they don't do UPS returns at this Staples location. At no time did I receive an apology from any of their staff. I will never go back to this Staples store for any reason whatsoever again!!

Spent $200 to FedEx a package, filled out everything they asked us 2. 9 days later the 2 day package still hasn't arrived, when we asked why, they said because we didn't fill out the invoice. Well if the staples stagf don't ask us to, how would we know? And yeah we asked them before leaving was there anything else to fill out. So now thanks to staples incredible incompetent staff, we're on the hook for $200 already paid, another $200 to pay for our package to return here, then another $200 to send it again. "Saving you money"? More like throwing your time and money down the drain. This after lining up for 30 minutes with only 1 customer ahead of us. Truly awful service. Memory card prices are usually decent. But will avoid this place in the future

Not the greatest experience, and honestly it makes me realize why I shop online more than in stores…read morenowadays. I came here hoping for some quick help, but the service felt a bit lacking. The store itself is fine and has a good selection, but the overall experience just wasn't the best. Hopefully things improve, but for now I'll probably stick to online shopping.

This is a review of a highly-anticipated ( by us anyway ) product that BB carries : the Sonos Ray …read more Being a huge and I mean HUGE fan of Sonos we're absolutely ecstatic when they announced the release of their latest soundbar , so much so we preordered it weeks before the drop just so we can have it at launch ! Soon after we have it set up and running in the bedroom excitement quickly turns to disappointment . Dealbreakers include a strangely small soundstage , stereo only ( ! ) and a serious lack of bass . I know i know it's their most compact and affordable i.e. entry-level soundbar but simply put it just doesn't even come close to the performance of their other products . In fact even the Sonos One sounds better than this so-called " budget " model . But thanks to BB's no fuss in-store return policy at least we don't have to worry about shipping it back or anything . Cool .
