I needed a canvas banner and instead of going with an online competitor I opted to support local…read more From my first contact Lisa was very helpful and friendly. I had a vision but no concrete design, and Signarama helped bring my vision to reality. I would have liked a faster turnaround, but I think had I been more firm in my concept they would have accommodated me much more quickly. The finished product is beautiful - my only complaint was a few of the grommets were weakly attached - but with a phone call they immediately invited me back five minutes before closing to fix their error. The banner is of quality materials and I anticipate it will outlast anything that would have been produced from a cheaper competitor.

I'll admit that I am a lazy bum when it comes to doing reviews. This time, however, I would have…read morebeen unkind if I didn't review. First, I should say that I've been using DAX for well over 10 years. Never a problem, always solutions. I say this because my ability to make my own artwork is shameful at times. When this happens, they don't print! They call me and work with me to solve issues. THEN they print. I get great printing on time and at great prices. (I don't recall ever having to pay extra for rush service, which I have often been guilty of needing.) Second, they have now got one better. As I just heard over phone, they made me look really good in front of others. Weeks ago, knowing that I had moved from South FL to the Orlando area, a dear friend in PA called to see if I could help a neighbor of his. This gentleman was in Orlando for a trade show, learning upon arrival that all the printed material for his booth was lost in transit. I suggested he called DAX for replacements...and never heard about it until now. What I just learned from my friend did not surprise me. DAX had delivered tons of flyers and stuff by the following day and did so at a better price that the original supplier. Kudos to DAX...while I gloat about it. (Sorry if it is long, I don't use AI, LOL.)

I'm old school and still prefer writing notes on a pad or in a notebook, and I go through quite a few of them at the office. They had a decent selection, and the store itself was nice, clean, and easy to navigate. My only issue was the pricing. I thought the notebooks were pretty expensive, especially for something I go through so quickly. I ended up stocking up on what I needed at Dollar Tree, also located in the same plaza. I most likely won't make a special trip back since I don't live in this area, but it's nice to know that they are here if I happen to need something while I'm in the plaza for a movie.

Walked into Office Depot on a Sunday afternoon because I needed a new mouse for my laptop today,…read morenot in two days when Amazon decides to grace me with a delivery. I was greeted at the door, pointed toward the Great Wall of Mice, and honestly felt like royalty for a solid 45 seconds. I browsed, I compared, I made my choice. Easy. Smooth. Efficient. And then... the journey took a turn. Because now it was time for The Great Checkout Quest of 2025. You'd think holding a product in your hand near a register would summon an employee, like retail Beetlejuice. Nope. Not here. Instead, I had to go on a little safari and eventually spotted Marco, crouched over a display like he was examining ancient ruins. I got three looks from him -- Look #1: "Ah." Look #2: "Still there?" Look #3: "If I ignore him hard enough, maybe he'll evaporate." Zero acknowledgment. Not even a head nod. Nothing. So I walked over and asked if anyone was working the front. He says, "I'll be right with you." And then proceeds to move toward the register at a pace that would make a sloth question its life choices. I've seen dial-up internet move faster. Once we finally get to the register, the real priority becomes clear: not my money, not my time, not my sanity -- my phone number. Because of course, nothing says customer service like interrogating me for loyalty points I will never use. Got checked out, grabbed my mouse, and basically sprinted out like I'd just escaped retail purgatory. If I didn't need that silly little mouse today, I promise you I'd be clicking "Buy Now" on Amazon from the comfort of my couch. And honestly? That's exactly where my future office supply needs will be handled. Thanks for the adventure, Office Depot. Really.
