I brought in two loads for dry cleaning, and they absolutely impressed me. One of my favorite jerseys had an old stain that I thought was hopeless, but they worked their magic, and now it looks brand new! I was so close to tossing it out, but thanks to their skill, my beloved jersey is saved! The value here is outstanding--I never question the price because it's incredibly reasonable for the quality of work they provide. A big thank you to the team (I wish I could remember the gentleman's name) for turning my laundry disaster into a delightful success. You've definitely gained a loyal customer!

Not Reliable - Very Disappointed…read more I'm really unhappy with my recent experience here. I dropped off some t-shirts and was told they'd be ready on Christmas by 2:00 PM, as they were closing at 5:00 PM that day and wouldn't reopen for several days due to the holidays. I agreed to the timing, but when my partner went to pick up the items, only four shirts were ready. They said they couldn't finish the rest. To make matters worse, he had gone the day before by mistake and was reassured that everything would definitely be ready on the promised day. They claimed they'd call me to explain, but I never received a message. If they couldn't meet the commitment, they should've been upfront about it or offered some sort of discount to address the situation. This whole experience has left me feeling like I can't trust them anymore.

The owner was able to make alterations on a suede jacket and a pair of corduroy pants and have it ready in less than a week! The cost was way less than I expected and much less than I paid elsewhere. But the quality of their work is what stands out the most. She took her time to assure I was happy with the fit of the adjustments, upfront with how long it took to get the job done, and then gave me a fair price. I brought 8 other items that will be done next week but the best thing was I got what I needed for the holidays. We are new in town, looking for a new dry cleaner…read more We tried out ACE, they were very easy to deal with and a nice family business. They did a great job, high quality work no bought. They sent us an invoice for the dry cleaning. I had an issue with the charge for the seat covers they did for us, and emailed them. I didn't get a reply, so I emailed again... actually 2 more times. They finally replied and apologized to me for not responding. They said they are not "discount" and charge accordingly. I will not do business with a non-responsive or a business who doesn't value customer feedback. Sorry, this is just a personal choice, there are many other dry cleaners for me to try.

I entrusted this dry cleaner with five high-end garments valued at over $3,000. When the items were…read morereturned, multiple pieces had clearly shrunk by roughly two sizes and were no longer wearable. These garments fit properly before service and were worn without issue. When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.
