My wife and I came here so she could return a work desk she purchased on line because she found another that suited her needs in her office at home. She has the benefit of working at home being a city auditor for one of the local government departments here!. We brought the huge box in, technically I did because it was pretty heavy and large in size!. We waited in line and once we got to the register the attendant stated she needed some documents printed out and because we were not going back home to print out anything, there was a small fee to do it there with their email address. My wife stated she had returned other packages here and never had to print out anyway so she was surprised that she had to do it this time. It was a small inconvenience, other than that it's still a convenience if you have all the information you need ahead of time!. I will definitely return here for future reasons!.

Since then I have visited three times and each time the employees have been on point with my requests and I have yet to experience any wait times here. I've needed printouts (a bit costly) from my email. I've needed to ship a packaged back to Overstock and I needed copies for a last minute project. This store is a lifesaver! One time in particular, I needed a print out to attend a movie premiere and the library had lost power... well the UPS store saved the day for me! The employees greet you soon as you step foot in the not so big store front building. There are at least two people working in the forefront and perhaps one or two in the back. The professionalism of all here is unmatched! Would I recommend this store...I sure would! I would have recommended it sooner if I had noticed it years ago. I got my second dose of the Moderna vaccine a few days ago and I said to myself ' the first thing I do is get my CDC vaccination card laminated'!!.. I walked into the store waited a couple of minutes behind another customer and was greeted by a polite employee,I told him I would like to have my card vaccinated and he told me they would make a copy of the original and return it to me and only laminate the copy. In which I thought was a great idea to carry around the laminated duplicate and leave the original at home with my other important documents,just in case I misplaced it I could always make another copy which in my opinion is great for anyone!. Oh wait don't go nowhere yet,I'm not finished with this review yet, hold on because he comes the best part my friends. After everything was said and done with the lamination of my vaccine card, can you believe it's free of charge, that's right I said it it's free you read correctly!!.. so when ( hopefully you all do ) get vaccinated take your card to OfficeMax and have them compliment you for free!.

I'm not sure how they're dealing with points, though. This location is never very busy, always well staffed, always well stocked and always clean (so many superlatives)! Their prices aren't always the best, though. I highly recommend comparison shopping and taking advantage of their price-matching scheme. I've used their printing services. I recommend calling to follow up and make sure that they got the order. However, if they have questions or recommendations, they're pretty good about calling the customer to verify orders and suggest improvements. I've been no less than satisfied and often delighted with my results when I've used them. They're located in Harbour View East shopping plaza, right off of exit 8 (I-664). They're right between Bed, Bath, & Beyond and TJMaxx. There's always plenty of parking (even during the holidays.... Shhhhh!).

I asked her to help me. She said that she couldn't because that's my boss." He made me so nervous. I also lost $45 on an Amazon return, because he fussed at me. I didn't respond at all. This location is always busy but the workers move your packages quickly. I am giving the store a four because of the wait time. This is a locally owned store and many times the owner is the only worker. Regardless of the wait time, every customer chatted happily as we waited. The owner provided great service!

It can wrap, package, ship, receive, print out labels from vendors return OCR authorizations, etc. The customer service provided by the FedEx employee was superfast and very efficient. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The quality of service was top-notch. The line was fairly long, but it moved so quickly that we were all amazed and smiling. Nothing but compliments for that gentleman.

Once, my husband didn't receive a huge smoker, worth hundreds of dollars, even though the FedEx driver marked it as "delivered." With GPS tracking, a little due diligence would show there's NO WAY the delivery was made to my address. That incident resulted in a huge dispute. This week, I ordered clothing from Dick's Sporting Goods for my daughter's championship basketball game. FedEx provided "proof of delivery," but the package was clearly left on some random street, as evidenced by a photo with cracked asphalt that is definitely NOT in front of my home. My driveway, walkway, and entrance are all distinct and bear no resemblance to the photo provided. Moreover, I have a Ring camera that showed no FedEx delivery on the stated day or the days surrounding it. Despite all this, FedEx still claims this is proof of delivery. The worst part is the lack of empathy or customer service. FedEx is NO HELP with the poor service, leaving customers out of money and without their purchased items. It's frustrating and disappointing to see such a decline in service from a once-reliable company. Please pardon the messy entry, we are having siding and roofing done today!
