I couldn't believe how beautiful my sign looked and how sturdy it was. The Christmas cards, I was worried because I had ordered them last minute and wanted them done that day. Amazingly, the cards were stunning and they were able to accommodate my last minute order the same day... specifically within, I think, an hour or two of my call. Maybe less. I'm super thankful for this business for their amazing customer service and commitment to quality. 100% if you need something printed, this is the place to go. We were coming to New York for an event and had never worked with a screen printer here before. After reaching out to several screen printers in the area, I was most impressed with their communication and competitive pricing. I was able to immediately confirm accurate pricing that matched their estimates, send artwork, and receive mocks of the garments within a few days. Erin even came up with creative ways to help us with artwork to bring the cost per garment down to a lower price point without sacrificing the over aesthetic. They were able to drop the merchandise off directly at our hotel in Times Square today, which is another example of exceptional customer service. The quality of the garments is great. I'm very pleased with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend BK Tees for any printing needs!

I've been here several times to print very simple jobs - just regular documents actually. Each time, the guy at the desk couldn't have been more unhelpful or more dismissive. For instance, when I asked "What are the different choices for thickness of paper?", he didn't even look at me - he just pointed to a table with some books on it, one of which had the paper choices. I had to look at each book to find the right one. I guess this guy doesn't like his job very much, or maybe he doesn't like people very much, but why take it out on your customers? I won't be back.
