Everytime I tell her doctors visit she gets very excited. He is always very polite and has help them very much when they are sick. I moved far away and I still make the trip to take them to him. Is getting to be a little harsh on me so that be the only reason that I would have to change doctors. Other than that I have no other complaints. The secretaries and nurses are super nice and always helpful. Visit time you may have to wait a little bit but is worth it. Good doctor that listens to you and takes his time and doesn't rush you out. I recommend him!

Despite expressing these concerns during multiple visits, my requests for further evaluation, including bloodwork, were dismissed. Over time, my daughter's condition worsened and she eventually developed severe anemia, including a heart murmur associated with her condition. Looking back, this was especially concerning because her heart was routinely examined during appointments, yet the seriousness of her symptoms was not recognized. It was only after seeking appropriate evaluation that the extent of her anemia was identified and treatment began. To this day, she continues to require follow-up care related to this condition. Doctors do not always know best, but this doctor's poor judgment and failure to take our concerns seriously could have led to a life-threatening situation for my daughter.

If there is a question of whether something could benefit or improve health/progress Dr. Gordina is supportive in every way. In times of constant illness (the daycare years) her office always accommodates our needs. This includes the emergency after hours line in which Dr. Gordina will call you back herself to make sure her patient is ok and assists with what's needed. Although our visits take time, I know to plan accordingly as Dr. Gordina is going to take the time necessary to address all concerns and symptoms for the best route of care. When my youngest daughter had her first asthma attack and landed in the ER dr Hanna showed up in 12 hours of us being there to make sure was ok and received the correct treatment. Now at the time she was not diagnosed with asthma. Yet everyday she was in the hospital DR. Hanna and DR Brauer came to check in on her. That helped ease my and my family's fears.
