From the moment I called and spoke to Kate, I knew this would be, at the very least, an interaction I would not likely forget. She was beyond professional, patient and answered every question I had including, "Where's the nearest hospital to the complex?" - a question I've since learned isn't often asked. Upon viewing the complex and meeting the staff, I instantly felt at home. I didn't just need a place to live, I wanted this place to call home. I lived in a one bedroom, one bath for the first year, but quickly outgrew it. I was able to easily move into a two bedroom, two bath on site and had no intentions on moving anytime soon. As luck would have it, I got a promotion to the Big Apple, and had to leave my beautiful apartment behind. If you're looking for an attentive staff, look no further than The Reserve on Salisbury. Krissy, the Property Manager, Kate, the leasing agent, and Dave and Shaun from maintenance are truly some of the best people I've had the pleasure of experiencing while living in an apartment community. I couldn't have asked for better people to know on site. They would always greet me, helped me if I needed anything and were always communicative. I find that so important in a community. The surrounding areas are quiet with plenty of areas to walk around, the grounds are kept beautifully, the neighbors I've encountered are kind... Take a look at this property. You won't regret it! Its sad cause it was once a beautiful place with lovely tenants , many who have been there for years under old ownership. A few years ago a private equity company purchased this and Winn manages it. Now its only $$ signs that interest them. The whole place is dated and worn out. Thin carpet , small original cheap appliances which All need to be replaced but wont be. The maintenance staff will attempt to repair them with parts from other appliances . If you do manage to snag a new appliance it will mean you went weeks without a say washing machine before they replaced it. I saw at least 6 apartments go without air conditioning this past summer while they ordered parts or begged for new ones. It has a little kitchen with chippy granite that gets painted when it chips. My kitchen floor literally had holes in it that were painted to match. That laminate was old and cheap and might cost them a hundred bucks to replace. Its just tired all over. The pool never opened until July cause they hired maintenance men who didnt know how to open or maintain pools. Its took the towns building department to straighten it out. The dog park is gross and never cleaned. The grilling area is a mess and overflowing with trash. Many units have mice. Overall its just not good. They started renting to a new clientele who literally abused all the facilities and nothings ever done about it. One thing you can count on is a rent increase every year.One huge difference is when I moved there , it had an onsite manager and onsite maintenance man. They have neither now and the manager only goes from his car to his office and back and never tours the property or sees what you see as tenants. One bright light is Catherine in the office. So nice but literally her hands are tied. I found another apartment thats newer, nicer and cheaper. No wonder they have so many available apartments. Think twice.

Michelle Hippert is the original person who showed me the apartment and she's had an amazing attitude and attention since the beginning. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and happy in my apartment. The maintenance staff is exceptional. I love that they are available, friendly, and great at what they do. If I ever need help with anything, they respond right away. (Even on a major holiday when I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft!) The apartment complex itself is fantastic- quiet but close to everything. The building and grounds are top notch and always clean. My apartment is a good size and having my own washer and dryer is a plus. The convenience of having a 24 hour fitness center right at home is a definite benefit. In the warm weather I enjoy my balcony or the beautiful pool area and grills. In the winter months, the convenience of having my car tucked away in a garage is the best. I can't say enough good things about this place. After visiting every apartment complex in the area, I know I made the right choice. The comfort and safety I have here truly makes me feel like I'm living in a luxury hotel.

The apartments themselves are comfortable, and the property is generally well maintained. Unfortunately, there are several ongoing issues that have added unnecessary stress to daily living. The biggest concern is parking. There is no assigned parking, and despite paying a significant amount in rent, residents often return home to find no available spaces near their building. It is not uncommon to have to park on the opposite side of the complex and walk a considerable distance home, which can be especially frustrating after a long day or during bad weather. Another issue is the trash and recycling situation. There is only one centralized trash disposal area serving the entire complex. On weekends, when trash collection does not occur, the dumpsters frequently overflow, with garbage and recycling accumulating outside the containers. This creates unpleasant odors, appears unhygienic, and raises concerns about attracting rodents and pests. Additionally, there appears to be inconsistent enforcement of parking rules. We have observed individuals parking in handicap-designated spaces without displaying the required handicap placards or license plates, seemingly without consequence. This is concerning and unfair to residents who genuinely need those spaces. While the apartments themselves are nice and spacious, improvements in parking management, waste collection, and rule enforcement would significantly improve the overall resident experience.

The managers treat everyone like family which makes this place unique. They are courteous, professional, yet fun and VERY prompt with requests and suggestions. However, you do get 9 foot ceilings, lots of room, in-house washers/dryers, central air, and the buildings are all energy efficient (our monthly electric bill hasn't passed $80 and we blast the AC almost all day everyday).

The kitchen faces out to the living area and has granite counter tops, new appliances and track lighting. Washer and dryer are tucked away nicely behind a sliding door. A bonus feature is the large storage closet directly across the hall from the apartment. It totally beats having to go to a storage cage in some creepy basement like most places. It's the kind of place where a successful professional would want to live. Madison purposefully lacks the outdoor amenities like a pool and tennis courts in favor of charging less for rent. I am always able to park close to my building with plenty of spots for company. In addition to the great design and reasonable rent, the office team, Jen and Mark, are incredibly good-natured, responsive and customer service oriented. I always leave the office with my questions answered and a smile on my face. Anytime I receive packages during the work day, I find them right outside the door of my second floor apartment. I could easily pick them up at the office, but having the staff bring them right to my place is a welcome luxury. Lastly, the couple times where I needed minor repairs, the maintenance guy, Eddie, completed the work the same day. Parking lots are well cleared during the snow. Essentially, if you want an upscale apartment for a generic apartment rent, with customer service oriented office / maintenance staff, I highly recommend MP in Shrewsbury.

This apartment complex is for you if you are fine with: - poisons being sprayed all over the common green space areas where children play and people and dogs walk; - "landscapers" mercilessly mutilating what could be beautiful trees and flowering shrubs into small lumps; - the super loud sound of leaf blowers; - alarms going off for months without maintenance doing anything about it and them acting like you are the problem for asking them to fix the alarm and make the horrendous noise stop; - maintenance not communicating about the work they did, nor seeking clarification with you about the work that needs to be done, nor when they will be in your apartment doing the work, and then maintenance accusing you of being disrespectful for requesting clear communication; - automatic toxic room "fresheners" in the fitness rooms (I had so been looking forward to using them but did not want to breathe the toxins); - crazy loud HVAC units constantly blasting noise making you feel like you are in a non-stop giant engine room in your own home; - ridiculously bright light pollution that is hard to block out at night and visually assaults you when you look out your windows or open your door; there is no reason for such a multitude of super bright, white lights and it is a waste of electricity. When I moved in, there were several things broken in my apartment and things that still needed to be cleaned. Over the first month, maintenance was responsive and did the repairs and cleaning (like the ceiling fan that I could not reach to clean was caked in thick dirt and dust and grease, and the bathroom fan did not work because the painters sprayed the bumpy ceiling paint spray all over it), but they left all the dirt and debris for me to clean up. I never had that experience before where maintenance workers expected me to clean up their mess. It would be useful for them to have a checklist to go through before a tenant moves in to make sure that everything is working and clean. Other than that, the location is good. Visually the aesthetics of the buildings are okay. There is plenty of parking. I like that there are many trees around and I can go for long walks in the neighborhood. I like that they plant flowers at different locations there. The price is expensive but bearable.

They think this is over, but I am getting ready to sue them, on principle and to expose them. I wonder how many other people they've cheated, because if they could do it to me, I bet they have done it to others. They are all about monetizing everything from parking to security deposits. Check out their lease. They even added a line that they don't have to agree with their own agents if their agents conclude that you moved out with no damages. They should not be allowed to get away with such deceptive and unethical practices. When you move out, take photos and videos of every nook and cranny. They assumed I didn't. I am ready to fight them to the end.

Mallory had answers to every one of my questions and made me feel like I was home as soon as we started to tour. It is a new building and everything is beautiful and well maintained. I have been living here for about 9 months now and I just got my renewal for my lease . Due to the nature of my line of work , I never know from year to year where I will be . I spoke with manager , and she explained very clearly my options if for some reason I have to move early . I have lived in many places all over the country and I have been nothing but happy with my choice of living at the Revington .
