I asked for a strong massage (she didn't do it and had an attitude that she could care less - the chip on her shoulder was the size of Texas). The place does not provide hot stones for a regular pedicure while other nail salons do. I called the owner (Irene) to let he know that my gel manicure started to peel off a little over a week after I had gotten it done. Additionally, my cuticles were raw on some nails from Lia over filing. I was out of town on business and was not returning until the following week and asked about having it redone. She gave me a stern "NO" since it would be after the 2 week time since my last manicure. After explaining over and over again that I was not around therefore I was unable to come sooner to get it fixed., I was met with the "I don't care attitude." Moreso, it should not have happened to begin with. She out and out refused to do anything, which is horrible business practice. This seems to be a money grab for her as she has no customers the couple of times I have been there. The place is nothing special when you walk in as it looks and feels like many other nail salons. Additionally, my son went for a pedicure and the employee spent all of 10 minutes. I looked at the clock. When I told Irene this, she told me "no." A pedicure for a child takes longer than 10 minutes. Totally disgusted! What a waste of time and money!! Go elsewhere. There are plenty of other places to choose from. I was able to find a nail salon close to where I was staying on my business trip and they did a phenomenal job! You can't compare.
