Others could have gone in a different vehicle, but we all wanted to be together. - They were approx. 20min late picking us up (but they were able to pick us up and drop back off at our airbnb location which was awesome). It was a difficult location to find so I can't fault them too much on that, and they ended up making up for it with an awesome wine tour and taking us to an extra location since we went through them quite fast (probably because it was rainy and terrible weather, so we got a lot of the wineries to ourselves). - I was disappointed that they picked us up in a mini-van. I thought it was going to be a little more roomy like the photo of the small bus on the other review, so it kind of changed the "party" mood. - Wine tour guide was awesome- fun and very personable. -Great locations and we bought a ton of wine (would love to do again in better weather so we can really enjoy the vineyards). Overall I would recommend, but the whole mini van thing bummed me out. Made me feel as if we could just have had one of the hubbies drive us around.

We had mussels, the meat pie, and the reuben sandwich and all were filling and tasty. Service was attentive. The only knock would be that the prices are a tad high but it is a vacation area so not too bad. Unfortunately, the restaurant is on the wrong side of the road to get a glimpse of the magnificent view down the mountain, that would be reserved for Miller pub but I don't think they serve any food. And there isn't much view of the lake on the mountain either cause it's not that close to the water. Overall, I would say it's a pretty good place to eat in Prince Edward county.

Located on the lake with a spectacular view, it was perfect for our group of 8 doing a wine tour. We used the fire pit in front of our cottage and truly enjoyed our time here. Inside the cottage looks like it was renovated, well used though and it had a bit of a musty smell. We opened windows and that solved the issue. There was a huge table and good Size kitchen. All the beds were comfortable. No complaints. Great spot to enjoy the outdoors or chill out on a couch with cozy blankets.

I loved that he let me know there were SUP board rentals prior to when we arrived. The cottage itself is ideally situated: walking distance to a general store and antique shop, close to Sandbanks and water sports rentals. It's a great location for running, brewery tours and wine tours. The property is gorgeous, and the guest house is very well maintained (it feels like home). We booked the Burdock room, which was cozy and very clean. There was a small fridge for guest use in the hallway that also had water and soda. I really appreciated how many local products were used - there's a tea station with lots of variety and all kinds of local honey, the flowers on the breakfast table were grown in PEC, the fruits and vegetables came from PEC, their neighbour makes the bread. All these little touches made it memorable, and we even sought out some of these producers to bring gifts home. In fact, we wanted to get some of the French tea she was serving and without us having to ask, she called the neighbouring B&B/store that sells it to make sure they were already open as we headed out. The breakfast was very big and very tasty! There was homemade granola (that was honestly better than the one I make...) and oven-baked tomatoes with omelette. There's a table with brochures that included free sample cards to a lot of wineries, take a look before you head out to visit them. The property also includes an outdoor pool that we didn't have time to try. The owners have a dog and a cat so be prepared in case you're allergic. Both beasts were perfectly friendly and fun to pet. We had some trouble finding the place at first, the GPS thought it's further west from the highway on Wilson Road, it's actually between Highway 62 and County Road 1, so if you're going there, be aware. I'd love to stay here again next time we're in Prince Edward County!

Silvia makes a lot of things at home such as almond milk and uses fresh local ingredients. They have a cute dog named Nanook and a cat. The house itself is renovated and everything is modern with a touch of vintage. Very clean place. They also have beach towels and a pool. They have a fridge upstairs as well for guests. Silvia is helpful with her recommendations for local restaurants, wineries, etc. would highly recommend this B&B and we would definitely stay again.
