Usually use this car wash ( I am a truck owner and driver). i never use the soft touch. This time my white Ram truck came out still dirty and with yellow staining? ???on the front drivers side bumper panel . And front windshield above wipers never got clean, had the come home and reclean windshield ( when I noticed the yellow staining. Will be calling owner or maintenance tech about this. Good car wash.... WORST lineup to get to a bay with NO way to go around. I want the first bay and the cars are all lined up for the two soft touch bays. Can't get around them. I've stopped going. Plenty of other places for a few dollars cheaper too. This is a chronic problem. Reconfigure the entrance to the first bay and I'll reconsider. read more

Burlington location: Going downhill. Broken buttons on the console. Receipt printer doesn't work. Chelmsford location: rude onsite guy. Non-functional bays with no refund possible. Altogether looks like they got taken over by an absentee owner who is running these downhill. Used to be the best around, so I'll still come to the Westford one. read more

This car wash capped off a beautiful Mother's Day with a 40 minute wait only to get to the third bay and it was closed. Of course I could not get back in line. The screens for the car wash were illegible so you could not even see which wash to pick. Poor Mgt. should of put out signs for bays 2 & 3 so you could turn around at the start of the parking lot. Primrose is a completely automated, 24 hour facility which sounds convenient, but leaves a lot to be desired. I've gotten multiple washes at all the different tiers over the past few years, and I always leave unsatisfied with a still dirty vehicle. I drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee, which is a fairly large SUV. For the most part, the wash assembly gets a majority of the car, however it always misses the top of the rear window, so there is a visible line of dirt after the wash. I have tried all the different tiers of washes, and they all seem to be the same and don't offer any better or worse level of clean. The only real benefit to the higher tier washes is the underspray, which is critical during the winter months to get all the salt removed from the undercarriage. Most recently I tried the $15 "Ultra" wash, which really did no better than a heavy rain. This wash is good in a pinch, but don't expect to drive away clean regardless of the level of wash you select. read more

I selected the "ultra," which is supposedly rinse, underbody, soap, wax, and dry. However, the wash only rinsed and the brush went over the top of my car, and not the sides, as it had for the previous two cars in line. There was no soap or wax and it kicked me out before drying. I don't know of any other car wash in the area, unless you want to travel out of town. There are times when there is an attendant that will swipe a mop-like device across the back of your vehicle/rear window, but it's a 24-hour facility that isn't manned 24 hours. There are vacuums and an area to pull your car over to wipe away any remaining water on your vehicle. read more

Something is very wrong with this car wash. I brought in a pretty clean car to rinse off dust from sitting in the garage for a while. The car was covered with dirty water after the dry cycle. My windows were covered with spots - not just a little. It looked like i just drove a thousand miles behind a snow plow. When I got out there look at the car i saw it was covered with white spots and dead bugs. Stay away - they don't have employees on site to notice or fix the problem so dozens of cars are getting trashed - and paying for it! read more

This place is convenient and does a good job. However, it is not a traditional car wash and does not physically scrub the car. If you go frequently, it would keep your car in good condition. For me, I had a lot of built up dirt and the high pressure sprayers weren't able to get all of it off. Prices range from $7-12 depending on the level you choose. read more

So for $9.00 I assumed that there would be a blower to dry off the car... Uh no-- you can buy 4-5 rags for 3;00 and try drying it yourself. No where for a tiny bit of trash to go and no attendant if one of the machine does not work. The lady next to me said the machines are often empty and she has lost $3.00. I will go to the one in Littleton or Concord from now on. They are cheaper and you get discounted gas to boot. Super disappointed. MY car is covered with spots because I only had 2 quarters and one rag. Jeez. Doubt I will be back..I agree with another review that leaving the car in the rain would be better. Primrose is a self-service, touchfree car wash that is open 24/7. I've been here many times and have always left satisfied. As some other reviewers have mentioned, it doesn't always do a good job, and that's because it's touchfree. It doesn't have brushes that touch the car, so it can miss some harder to clean spots. But the nozzles are high powered and will clean off most things. read more

Relatively inexpensive ($9 without the underbody wash), quick (~5 minutes or so), and convenient. There were still a few drops of water on parts of the car, but nothing a nice microfiber cloth can't quickly dry off. Short of a proper hand waxing/detail, this is the most effective and safe way to clean off pollen, dirt, bird droppings, and dead bugs off your car while also getting a nice soapy clean shine. I suppose if the drying process were slightly more effective I would have given it 5 stars. read more

Stay away from this "car wash". For $12 you get some water and soap on your car from a "high pressure" hose. While your car looks clean leaving look close and you will see only surface dirt is removed. The lack of brushes or soft cloth prevents any real cleaning....in short I won't be back and waste any more money. read more

I was not unhappy with the way the system washed the car, what I am unhappy about is the fact that I paid cash and was not given any change. The message on the machine said to see the attendant, however there is no one at the facilities typically. You need to call a number and speak with someone who says they will send you your change. She takes your name and address and then nothing. You wait and wait. I've called twice to try to get my $8 back. Their credit card reader swallowed up my credit card. Called their telephone number and got a recording, "We will call you back during normal business hours." I had to cancel the card because who knows if it would be spit it back out at some point. Now it will be Tuesday (2 business days) before I can get a new credit card and I will have to go through the hassle of transferring my points from the old card to the new one.
