a piece of food on a piece of paper

Ordered through door dash. One of our sandwiches had a hair in it. I called back the MT. LAUREL location and once I explained the situation, they acted like they couldn't hear me. "Hello, hello, I'm sorry I can't hear you." And hung up the phone. I called back several times and they kept playing the same game. I called from another number and asked to place an order. all of a sudden they could hear me. Upon identifying myself, I was told "if you have a delivery issue, you need to take it up with door dash" I explained that it wasn't a delivery issue, that THERE WAS A HAIR IN THE SANDWICH. After some back and forth, their phone began to have issues again. "Hello, hello, I can't hear you" and they hung up. FUCKING DISGUSTING! Is it any wonder they have 2 stars? Some real assholes.

Roll with cold cheese and sprinkle of meat

Totally should have read the reviews first. My wife ordered the "Nellie" thinking it was a hot sandwich. Wrong. Menu doesn't have a way to tell which sandwiches are hot so just assume it's cold. It's fine though - we put it in the air fryer for a few and fixed it. I got the ripoff gas station-quality cheesesteak for $11.99. It was essentially a roll with a slice of 1/2 melted cheese on top, sprinkled with meat. ROLL WAS 10/10 though (and reason for 2 stars rather than 1)! If only I had ordered just the roll...

$14 Nona veggie

Paid $72 with tip for 4 sandwiches (one of which was a 6 inch meatball sandwich with 2 meatballs). The nonas veggie had one piece of broccoli rabe. My kids had Philly cheesesteak and turkey hoagie. We were all hungry afterwards. There was hardly anything between the bread! I've had primos multiple times from other locations and never had an experience like this. I literally feel nauseous that it cost me $72 for what we got.

What happened to the meat? Wawa has more meat. Very disappointed. We called the store, they said corporate told them to cut back.

Love Primo's in general but visited this location the first time last week. Great place, clean and excellent subs. The workers were nice.

Awesome selection of hoagies and hot sandwiches. The inside is very clean and also pretty quiet to relax while you dig in.

One of our favorite things about this spot is the seeded bread that they make their Primo sized hoagies on.

And they couldn't seat us in the outdoor patio that we requested. But once we sat down, we were pleasantly surprised. Almost everything on the menu looked interesting. Everything we tried was really good. The service was excellent. And the live music was good too. And unlike many places, they cooked our steak to the temp we asked for. Surprisingly it wasn't busy on a Saturday night so figured I would share a review. Hopefully they start to pick up.

It was also Mother's Day brunch which I believe may have played a role in the overall experience too given the number of tables they were turning over, but with serving just a buffet and being what seemed like properly staffed I expected better. The food - horrible! I mean the warming dishes weren't even ignited and for the ones that weren't empty, the remaining scraps of food were overcooked, cold and beyond bland. Honestly better tasting food at a Chinese buffet. The "raw bar" was the best thing available - and that's only because they had nice sized shrimp but were out of whatever items were also supposed to be a part of it. My Bloody Mary was atrocious! Tomato juice and tobacco was basically what it was. Our server John was really nice and energetic and doing the best he could - everything he could control was controlled so he deserves more than the 2 stars this review is receiving. Oh and the best part, this was $75 per person and not including a single mimosa. But they did give all the women a single stem rose when the check was requested tho lol.

This review covers a few visits. Happy hour, good deal, tasty food and drinks and pretty good…read moreservice, would recommend. Group event, went as part of a holiday party and the food, service and wine were all on point. This was a long happy hour not sit down so I cannot attest to a large group sit down dinner. Lastly dining in the main dining room, 6 people, Saturday night. Service was thin, read, our server was busy with a large group in the back and the neglect was evident. Now this doesn't mean the rest of the restaurant crew couldn't step in but really didn't. We were graced with a water refill once over the course of the dinner, although the friendly server who did pour the water said she walks around to fill water, she was never seen again. Our entrees were brought by a group of servers who disappeared after placement of the plates. So it would appear people were working they just seemed to ignore our table. Food was great, I wouldn't have gone if I didn't think the food was on par, but spending this kind of money you want a balance of service and food. You can see the accumulation of glasses that went on removed between wines. Now happy hour is discounted and you are at the bar so you get front and center service. Standing in the group room you are able to flag a server, sitting in the middle of the dining area and being largely ignored just rubs you the wrong way. I had two people ask why are you going to Flemings when I told them our plans. A competing steak house at the Cherry Hill Mall, we have attended many, many times without fail. You don't know how good you have it until you go someplace else and realize service is a lost art at some places. I am posting more for public service announcement, i would hope management reviews and tries to address this rather large service gap. I have never had this issue at the capital Grill, so it is disappointing to encounter it here, particularly when the food was on point.

We dined on their beautiful patio, amongst flowers, and a very pretty water view and breezes :) The food was stellar! The menu still had what I loved prior - chicken stuffed avocados! They tweaked it a bit - no longer three big halves; but two, plus grapes (ick - not my thing - like eyeballs lol!) and pita bread (no carbs for me at night - I didn't eat). I also had probably THE BEST CAESAR SALAD I've EVER HAD! And wow, have I had a lot of them. They are a standby / go to - you name it - for me. I love them and can tell you where to find the best ones in a heart beat (Sienna's in Voorhees, Fieni's in Voorhees, SALAD HOUSE in Marlton, all Outback's and Carrabba's, and HERE) ! My friend's friend told her that Redstone's corn bread croutons were delicious and a must try. Sooo, we subbed the sourdough garlic croutons with the cornbread ones - no problem at all. HOLY SH****************T were they amazing! What a neat and yummy idea! In the future, I'm going to have the full size versus the starter size that I had last night. Our server, Flower, was a doll - very chill, attentive, and charming. I notice everything, including one of her tattoos (a tiny astrological bull). She was a Taurus too like my birthday friend, which was kind of neat. Cool name too. Redstone is top notch through and through. Even the bathrooms were great - very clean and smelled so damned good. Why in Hades hadn't I been here in 7 years is beyond me!

I got the half of chicken dinner and it was good. It is a bit loud in there as it is all open all over. You almost have to yell to talk but if you want to avoid that, go at 8 or after to eat. It's much slower time for them. The app was really good. Did was fresh and wasabi was nice. I will tell you this for an app, beer, soda, two dinners, and a desert, it was 135. The steak itself was 53. So the prices aren't bad.

Seated almost immediately in a covered outdoors area with a break taking view of the water. The music played lightly in the background tables are adequately spaced apart setting is both practical and upscale so you feel like it's a fine dining experience even at 1 PM in the afternoon; Hostess and wait staff dressed appropriately, but did not have the air of arrogance that most do. Food was appropriately proportionated for price point, complex in preparation/seasoning but staying true to simple essence of the dish that reminds of us home or Nona. Cáprese salad was good 4/5 (tomato type and minimal glaze) but still enjoyed, Paperdelle Beef Stew 5/5 was ORGASMIC, affogato desert 4/5 wasn't on the menu but Alex made it happen and it was everything I needed, and tiramisu 4.5/5 light fluffy not flavored cake but balanced flavorful very good! Highly recommend you're looking for phenomenal Italian food paired with a breathtaking view, look no further. The ambiance is stunning, but what really made my trip was the exceptional service. ALEX was my server not only did he initially accommodate me in a whisper as a phenomenal lasted too long, allowed me to peruse the menu without feeling pressured, was attentive without being over bearing, and most importantly he ANTICIPATED my needs, rather than waiting for me to ask! He is an asset to this restaurant but whilst I brag about my server each of my interactions were exceptional from someone near the bar directing me to the restrooms, the busboys, bread deliverer, etc. see the manager making rounds to other tables ot answering questions about delivery. I'll be back in the near future! Updates to come
