The food - horrible! I mean the warming dishes weren't even ignited and for the ones that weren't empty, the remaining scraps of food were overcooked, cold and beyond bland. Honestly better tasting food at a Chinese buffet. The "raw bar" was the best thing available - and that's only because they had nice sized shrimp but were out of whatever items were also supposed to be a part of it. My Bloody Mary was atrocious! Tomato juice and tobacco was basically what it was. Our server John was really nice and energetic and doing the best he could - everything he could control was controlled so he deserves more than the 2 stars this review is receiving. Oh and the best part, this was $75 per person and not including a single mimosa. But they did give all the women a single stem rose when the check was requested tho lol.

Food was great, I wouldn't have gone if I didn't think the food was on par, but spending this kind of money you want a balance of service and food. You can see the accumulation of glasses that went on removed between wines. Now happy hour is discounted and you are at the bar so you get front and center service. Standing in the group room you are able to flag a server, sitting in the middle of the dining area and being largely ignored just rubs you the wrong way. I had two people ask why are you going to Flemings when I told them our plans. A competing steak house at the Cherry Hill Mall, we have attended many, many times without fail. You don't know how good you have it until you go someplace else and realize service is a lost art at some places. According to the greeter, they were all walk-ins too. I tried to brush it off as Mother's Day chaos and stay understanding. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. After finally being seated, we waited around 45 minutes for our food. My wife ordered the steak penne, and it arrived not even lukewarm. I ordered a ribeye that was undercooked and completely unseasoned. To make matters worse, our silverware was dirty, and we had to ask twice just to get clean forks and knives. Even then, we waited another 10 minutes before we could actually eat. What makes this especially disappointing is that this restaurant meant something to us. This was where we had our first date, our wedding night dinner, and our first anniversary dinner. We came back expecting a special night and left genuinely let down.
