There is lighting near most of the units, and there are plenty of spaces for RVs, boats, or other large vehicles. When I rented the unit, I needed it on short notice. They were able to get me in on short notice. Also, I didn't know exactly how much space I needed, so they reserved another unit for me in case I found out on moving day that I needed the additional space. They did this without charge, which was appreciated. I would give them 4 stars, but their contract stipulates that any unused rents are non-refundable. This is extremely annoying, and I think cheap. If you rent the unit for 3 days, you pay for the full month. It's clearly on the contract, I'm not alleging I was tricked. But, if you are in need of a unit quickly (as I was), you aren't really in a position to shop around.

When we called, the representative we spoke with was not local and was difficult to understand, which didn't help the situation. After waiting for some time, the property manager arrived and was very kind, courteous, and helpful. That interaction made a noticeable difference and improved the experience. However, once we accessed our unit, the lights did not come on, which made it difficult to see while unloading. There were some positives, but also some issues that need attention, particularly with staffing presence and maintenance. Value is meh!!
