After the purchase I set up a delivery time for the next day, where after a initial call to let us know they were on their way, they arrived on time and moved the piano into our living room in a safe and efficient manner. I then arranged for Andy to come back at a later date and tune the piano. On the scheduled date he arrived, not only did he tune the piano he cleaned it too! Have you ever seen a dirty piano? To put it bluntly besides a French horn, a basson, a bari sax, and a cello it's pretty much my favorite instrument in the world! So when we got the space, the first thing in my head was, when am I going to get a piano again! So I have been looking on craigslist about every day and found a guy who had a few used ones for sale, at the time I didn't know it was Andrew from Tuna Piano. He services pianos of all kinds, tuning them, moving them, and fixing them up for folks! After I emailed the craiglist add he called me and invited me to come over and check out what he had! He had multiple great options for me to choose from! I wanted something that would be good for recording, could hold a tune, was cheap enough for me, and would look good in our house! I found something perfect! He gave me a great deal on it, if I would help him move it in! Shawn talks a great game but will lie to you with no issues whatsoever. last year I hired him to move a piano. he showed up and the piano's pedals were missing. he volunteered to take it to his son that worked on pianos and for a few hundred bucks he would clean it and repair it. well after a 1000 bucks in repairs he lets me know the pin board was broke and it was not worth repairing. I said great , give me a refund. Once again he again volunteered a replacement piano as he had a few baby grands to choose from. Here it is a year later and still no piano. he talks a good game , but always has a sad story to tell. he has now forced me to take him to small claims court. By the way he wants everything in cash as well. I guess I will call the IRS as well. bottom line , do not think you will be the exception, he will screw you over. Run from this guy. trust me.

This would have taken me weeks to do myself. This was a great group of people, and it felt good supporting their cause. Please know what they are about, what their mission is and allow them time at the conclusion of their scope of work to tell their story.
