I recently bought a used 2023 Honda Pilot that had highly illegal levels of tint that made it dangerous to see when driving at night. So I went with the removal of tint for every single window on the car, and they said that it would take 2-3 hours, but literally only took 1 hour. I watched the videos on Instagram and I'm like very nice work, he seems great, nice reviews but then my turn. The only one that has hospitality is the girl at the front desk. she mind as well did my tints herself. she was very pleasant. I said Good Morning to the owner he didn't acknowledge a customer in his waiting room , or if I was be helped, nothing of that sort. when I was all done he just placed my keys on the desk and no " Thank you for trusting us, and checking us out, and if you have any questions or concerns please give us a call. would have saficed. Sadly my visit was not it. The whole time I felt like just take my money and that was it. I'm just another money sign to the owner. I work in customer service so hospitality is a huge thing that makes my decision to come back and refer my people or never come back again.
