This is the main reason why I am giving them three stars. In summary, great store for tiles, not a good option for fixtures... I found out the hard way. Prosein does not offer a real warranty on fixtures (at least not on mhiler). You are better off buying leading brands such as Delta, which recently sent me three new fixtures for another property at no cost. The original fixtures were installed three years ago!
