No matter, what kind of screw you need, you'll find it at this place, from the tiniest screws to…read morethe biggest bolts, if you have lost a screw that needs to be replaced, this is the only place I would recommend you go. If you bring in any kind of screw, they measure it and they are able to bring you something identical, or as close to what you need as possible. Customer service is good, if you deal with this one guy who sits in the far left corner, he has yet to disappoint me with any of my purchases. Others have not understood me, or my request because of their limited English. That was my only frustration with this place. They do carry some tools and other supplies but I've only ever gone there for additional screws or bolts that I've lost and need to replace.

After visiting far too many tile stores and showrooms in the last couple of months for a bathroom…read morerenovation, I have to say that Luis M. from Prosein has been the best. I wanted to track down this one tile that I found that was manufactured in Italy which I traced it to Prosein. I want to renovate my bathrooms to have that real stone look without having real stone due to maintenance but it is so hard to find good quality porcelain tile that mimics stone. Most of the digital printed technology is just not as good as you'd think, even with Porcelanosa. Luis was able to locate and send me a sample from the Leonardo Ceramica line that mimics limestone and even my tile contractor who's an expert (and other tile stores) were super impressed by the porcelain tile. It was full-bodied so if you scratch or chip it, it doesn't show the porcelain clay underneath. And the price was reasonable too. Besides the quality product that this company carries, it's also the customer service that sets them apart. Luis consistently went out of his way to help me locate this tile (and other tiles that we are using for the walls), talk to his warehouse manager to get me a decent sized sample, liaised multiple times with the Prosein team to answer my many detailed questions on the tiles. I wish that all tile consultants were like him because he never made it about the sale but more about what I need for my bathrooms. The other reviewer's comments that they guys really care about their customers ring so true. I recommend this company and Luis highly and this is from someone who worked with them remotely.
