Antes de llegar a la estación de conexión, Primeraplus no respondió a mi llamada ni a mi mensaje de WhatsApp para cambiar los billetes. La aplicación de Doters no incluía ninguna función de ayuda ni de cambio de billetes. Luego no me hicieron ningún reembolso. My family and I used Primera Plus to get from Guadalajara to Colima. No reservations made, just showed up to the counter and purchased our tickets. We were given lunch before we boarded. Consisted of a drink, a sandwich, and a small bag of cookies. The Scania bus was nothing but luxury. Very smooth ride, large chairs that can almost lay down flat, supports for your legs, and an entertainment system with movies and games. Tons of room to make the long ride comfortable. read more

DO NOT USE PRIMERA PLUS IN MEXICO!!!!! I want to file a complaint about the bus carrier. I bought ticket for to and from Guadalajara airport to Morelia. When I was returning home I called early in the morning to reserve seats with Primera Plus. I was told I could not and had to wait until I reached the bus terminal. Granted this bus carrier advertises calling ahead or using their app to book seats. Unfortunately, once at the tickets booth, I was told that the tickets were sold out. I explained that my flight back to LA was at 8:17p and they stated that the next bus would not be until 11:45p. The customer service representative was of no help. When I asked how they planned to fix the problem since it was their representative who made the mistake, they offer something I couldn't use and refused to refund my money to use another carrier. I am now forced to travel to another city and pay extra to have a taxi take us to the airport. Worst service and such incompetence!!!! read more
