Gotta give it up to Jason Brothers for his help in working through our current refi. Rates are at an all time low, and the time is now to refi if you're in a spot to do it. I've known Jason from networking circles for many years, so naturally Prime was someone I considered, and I sincerely appreciated Jason's willingness to answer all my questions thoroughly and the transparency of the discussion around pricing and options. Jason takes a very personal approach to the lending process and doesn't leave anything to chance. He considers everything in your situation when making recommendations and offers you a very clear picture of what can and can't be done. In the end, after advising me of all the questions I needed to ask to be sure I was comparing the same apples, Jason couldn't beat an offer from a competitor, and he graciously admitted it and suggested I go another direction. That's solid business. read more

Desiree is amazing! She got the loan done extremely quickly and communicates with everyone along the way. I would definitely recommend her for your next loan. read more

Outstanding! My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Desiree LeBlue and her associate Kristan on a real estate matter. We could not be happier with our experience! Prior to calling Desiree, I reached out to Chase because of our long standing business relationship w them. Chase was a disaster for numerous reasons - mainly because their process was tedious and their customer service was lackluster. They didn't seem to care. Out of frustration I reached out to Desiree. I wish I had bypassed Chase and called her first! Desiree is extremely knowledgeable, personable and a joy to deal with. I met with her the day after we spoke on the phone and she immediately took charge and found the best loan product for our needs. Plus, she and Kristan were always available to answer our questions by telephone or email....even on weekends! The entire process was quick and seamless without a single glitch. Desiree and Kristan, thank you both for all your help! read more

Vince was great. I have a complicated application and he was able to go through all the different parts to insure my loan approval. I highly recommend Prime Lending. Dave H. read more

5 stars hands down! I love Prime! Vince and his team are amazing at what they do. Vince did my purchase last December stepping in to save the day on a really messy transaction. Selling one property, purchasing another, dealing with moving horses, rent backs, appraisal issues...it was a lot. He closed the transaction in 3 weeks start to finish. I'm now refinancing already with him and he is earning those 5 stars. I've also worked with Desiree who is an absolute gem! Her clients adore her and she is amazing at finding solutions for them. I've also worked with Renee and Susan too. Everyone at this branch knows what they are doing and how to get the job done. Lastly, Brad their operations guy is on top of things! No matter what file I'm working on with them he knows exactly where it is, what's going on, and anything I need to know. 5 star group of people! read more

Johanna is a true professional in every sense of the word. Her communication style of direct contact and updates are exemplary. She is compassionate and helps at every turn with her clients, offering much more than the other lenders! Her interest in staying current with market trends is also helpful. There isn't anything she can't or won't do to help her clients understand the lending process. She even attends the signings, in case there are any "last minute" questions, she's right there to help. In addition to providing Johann's name to my clients, to help with their loans, she was the loan officer for my husband's and my loan! So I know AND I know "first-hand". She's a rock-star with the emphasis on "star". Kathy Wilson, Realtor Coldwell Banker Select & Happy Home Owner read more

Me and my wife have done business with Prime Lending since we met Renee Luce. We've always had the best and painless experiences with Renee with all of our loans. She's compassionate, professional and kind and does everything she can to make the loan process as smooth and quick as possible. I wish we could buy a house every month just so we could do business with Renee! Thank you Renee!! read more

We initially went to Prime Lending and Cheryl helped us with our new home loan. When we decided to refinance and get cash out we again went to see Cheryl. Although there are many lenders on line, working with someone you can see face to face, and has demonstrated their trust sold us. I highly recommend Prime Lending and Cheryl, excellent customer service! read more

I can't sing enough praises about Prime Lending! After a MESS at Greater Nevada Mortgage Services my fiancee and I were able to purchase our first home thanks to the hard work of Michelle Hulbert and Michelle Shepley! We waited two months for loan approval at Greater Nevada, but Prime Lending was able to process everything for us in just one week, the day before the home we purchased was scheduled to go to auction. After a 9 month short sale wait, we wish we would have gone to Prime Lending right off the bat! These people know what they're doing, are in constant contact and are always available if you have questions. We'll be doing all our future loan service here! read more

Cheryl has been there every step of the way for me. She is super patient (cuz I had a lot of different questions) and can give you different scenarios depending on what you want to do. She found ways to help me more than just a broker. She really cares for her clients! I recommend her to anyone who would like to buy or refinance. I will be going back to her for my dream home and investment properties in a few years. She is the best! read more

Brenda Barringer - Loan Officer Brenda is fantastic!! And the office staff has been more than helpful and responsive - and I've never met them - did everything via phone and email. But Brenda - I did have the pleasure to meet with when she walked me through every single page of our loan application. She is awesome, fantastic sense of humor, and a go-getter. It took us just about 15 minutes to get my pre-approval completed. She constantly checked in with me while we searched for our house (see Marshall Johnson - Keller-Williams review). Once I had an address of the place we were doing an offer - she was able to get all paperwork to my realtor quickly. When things really got to rolling, about the 15th of the month - she told me she could have me closed within 15 days. True to her word - she was able to have all documents ready for me. Brenda will get you the best rate possible, work with you if you have issues on your credit report, and work her tail off to get all the approvals, documentation and whatnot to the Underwriters in record time. PrimeLending has some great incentives to go with them too - but the best asset they have is Brenda Barringer and the staff that works with her. read more

Words could not expresss how thankful and appreciative I am for Cheryl Dresden and her amazing team. I was referred to Cheryl by my parents, who she helped refinance their home. She helped me refinance my home, after a messy divorce. She worked tirelessly, and even lost sleep trying to figure out how to help me out. She was so amazing, caring, and made sure to help me during the worst time of my life. I have worked with many loan officers in my job, and not a single one could ever compare to Cheryl. She truly cares about her clients, and would do anything for them. The process went smoothly, and her team were always on top of the process. I will refer Cheryl to anyone I know, because she is the best. Many loan officers will see you as just a name, or a number, but Cheryl truly sees, and treats you so much differently. She is one of a kind, and I'm so thankful for her. read more

I would not recommend using a certain lender in this company named Johanna. She left us hanging for seven days and ignored six phone calls to her work number and cel phone. On the seventh day she finally calls back when we are at work and says we are playng phone tag and wants our e-mail address so she can just send our information that way. First of all, phone tag constitutes two or more people and this was all one sided on our part since she ignored us and our messages. When she finally called back, she didn't even use our names and was very curt and her tone was like she couldn't be bothered. So if you need a loan and results fast just like the real estste market is now, look elsewhere. Oh, and by the way, she never sent anything to our email either. read more

Prime Lending was very thorough and did an excellent job gathering information which I supplied to them same day, if not the next day. They moved quickly, however when it came time for settlement, it took them 5 days to get paperwork to Title Company and the Title Company had the down payment funds 5 days earlier. They told me I was "in line" for docs. The delayed settlement cost me $1,000 plus extra dollars while waiting the extra days for settlement. When I worked so hard to get everything to them that they needed, I do not want to be told that I am "in line" for docs. I would really like to rate this company higher but the end result will not allow me. The loan officer was excellent in communication and assistance. Can't say enough good things about her. read more

Desiree LeBleu is my Loan Originator and is now the only person I will work with concerning my real estate loans. I am someone from California whose family passed away from cancer all within 36 months of each other, leaving me by myself. I could not manage the California properties along with the med bills and funeral costs. Desiree is a winner. She will call you frequently to let you know what's going on with your file. She will be getting referrals from me, that's for sure. Thank you Desiree. read more

Jillian at Prime Lending was nothing but true professional and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a loan! As a first time home buyer, she was able to layout all available options, kept me informed/updated throughout, and made the entire process a breeze. Not only was she extremely helpful in so many ways, but she was always available to answer any questions I had or provide pre-approval letters (even outside of regular business hours) and because of her hard work and dedication I was able to close in 3 weeks! I would, without a doubt, go to Jillian and Prime for any lending needs again and again. read more
