My husband and I decided to buy a manufactured home ( a lengthy very patient and slow process) The first meeting with guild we were not in a state to be approved but with some guidance from the team on what we needed to work on we got in fighting order and even got pre approvals from a few companies. They were persistent with getting our information at first, until there was a problem. Then we did not hear from Amanda or Jess again. When we were attempting to just get some information before deciding on a lender, they ran our credit with a hard credit check without permission. When we asked to get it removed she tried to push us to work with what we got from her mistake even though we knew we weren't ready yet. After requesting it to be undone we have not heard any updates of the process and gotten no response when we have reached out. This affected my credit score and caused it to be lowered significantly when I went to apply with another lender who would work with our situation more. read more
