Other than that, I wish this location worked out for me but unfortunately it's far from where I live. But if you are thinking to join? It's a no brainer.

Looked great for my cruise in August. The trainer, Cher, is the best! She's very personable and works you out based on your capabilities. You will DEFINITELY see results! She gives you a nutrition plan on what to eat as well which helped me cut down my weight. There is also a workout plan that is given when you are not physically working out with the trainer so you can maintain your health. The workout area is very clean and the equipment is sturdy for the workouts performed. There is always a different workout to do as you come in. You will never get bored due to a different workout routine. All areas of the body WILL be worked. Elite Technique I…read moremust've followed Elite Technique on Instagram for a few months before I decided to attend a Saturday Bootcamp in November 2021 (major regrets for not attending sooner). The class was challenging but the trainers and members were very encouraging and friendly. I knew that this environment would help me in getting the results I wanted in my fitness journey so I joined for one-on-one sessions in January of 2022. My physical trainer, Angel, is THE best! She is a walking billboard for fitness. Angel has been my trainer inside and out of the gym, providing guidance on what I put in my body in order to see results. Even when I went on extended vacation, Angel set me up for success by providing a list of workouts that I could do with or without the gym AND she still checked on me to to see how I was doing with the workouts/nutrition or to see if I had any questions/concerns. This accountability has been a major motivator for me to stick to the course. In four months I was able to reach my 1st fitness goal of 30 lbs! I have always struggled with my weight so this was a huge accomplishment for me. I am excited to stay the course at Elite and lose another 30. But he quit and I immediately canceled/asked for a refund. Elite technique refused to refund me for my unsued 6 month package and then lied to my credit card company that they provided the service. Elite has not answered my emails and they kept my money. I wasn't going to post about this terrible experience but be careful.

Even though the workouts are only 30 minutes, I found them VERY challenging. Though I'm no Olympic athlete, I'm in decent shape and I tell you I was SWEATING and breathing hard. How they modify the exercises for ALL members is the best part. For me, they give me suggestions to make them more challenging. For others, they'll have them lower the weights and do lower impact exercises to accommodate injuries and level of experience. Every workout is different, which keeps things interesting. The program is motivating and I can honestly say I get in just as good of a workout in 45 minutes here as I would in 1.5 hours on my own in a weight room. It's fast paced, but doable for everyone. The space itself is organized and clean. The members I've met are all friendly and the coaches are encouraging. This isn't an in-your-face bootcamp style gym. No intimidation tactics here! I can't recommend Foundry Fitness enough to anyone who wants to change up their boring, old workout routine or needs an extra kick in the butt.
