Very bad experience with Millennial Moving Solutions. They stored then transported the contents of…read moreour old home to our new home. They damaged several antique pieces of furniture - they broke off pieces of carved wood trim and lost the pieces, which are irreplaceable. They broke in half an antique item that was marked as high value and they were supposed to crate and protect. They put number stickers on prominent places on wood finishes (including antiques) - not the kind of stickers movers usually use and are easy to peel off, but stickers that are very difficult to remove without damaging finishes. They delivered with our furniture several large items of furniture and boxes that did not belong to us - so someone else's furniture was shipped 600 miles away to the wrong address. Millennial took no responsibility for the damage to our furniture, and did not return calls or emails about these issues. (The only time they answered a call was when I intentionally called from an area code and number they didn't recognize.) Completely irresponsible and unprofessional. (I would give them zero stars if I could.) I am not the type to write negative reviews, but because they failed to address, or even acknowledge, the significant problems they created, this is the only option I have left.

I am prior military and have moved over 13 times in the last 40 years... Never have I experienced…read morethe amazing level of service and support I recieved from Advent Moving Services. From the very first phone call Guy and Alecia were professional, courteous, and on-time with every request and visit. The team showed up on time, and got the job done quickly, professionaly, and with zero damage to my household goods and home. Even when (especially when) things went sideways when I lost the keys to the self-storage unit, the team was incredibly accomadating, making it well known that their job was to make my life as easy as possible and to do whatever it took get the job done. In the end they were able to move me into one storage unit (not the two as expected; saving me $$$), and did it all with a customer centricity and value that is unheard of in the moving industry. I will use them again when I find my dream home! If you're going to move, and your in the New Hampshire lakes region, use Advent!! (Just not on the day I need them... they're mine!!) :-)
