I'm happy i waited though because there are things i noticed after we left that area. During our first service we had heated pads placed on our black tank. That was fine. To be completely honest we don't even know if they actually work because we haven't had to use them yet. We are just preparing for our winter up north. When the day comes that we use them and they happen to not work i will definitely leave an updated review here. But during that service he noticed two different leaks underneath which i was very happy about him finding. Because we would have never checked there ourselves. The only annoying factor there was that he closed everything back before he left and before i got a chance to place a bowl to catch the leaking water. I had to unscrew it myself to put a bowl under the leak and then i found my flashlight that i let him use still inside and the light was left on too. No big deal so i didn't have my husband mention it to him on the next service visit for him to fix our grey tank lever. During that second service appointment he cut through some of the underbelly which was necessary to get to where he needed to reach. However, he did NOT patch up the underbelly thoroughly and left all the trash under the rv which we didn't notice until we were leaving the campsite. As we were on the road i drove behind my husband in my own separate vehicle. Thankfully so because i noticed the underbelly opening up and started dragging on the floor on the freeway. We had to pull over and my husband said the patch up job was done poorly and in a rush. We had spare underbelly tape so we used that but took him about 20 min to do it on our already long road trip. I was very frustrated with that because that could have messed up so many things underneath! Another thing my husband noticed while he was under there patching it up was that there was previously foam to fill certain gaps (which was some of the trash he left behind) was removed and not even replaced by him. Another thing that can affect the longevity of our rv. I wanted to leave a great review here but i personally think there needs to be better attention to details as these things matter. I believe for both services bundled together we paid close to $600. Around $300 each time. I don't completely remember the exact price honestly.

Lee was the only mobile mechanic who picked up the phone and responded to my call for help. Even though he had already worked 30 hours straight and it was late on a Sunday night, he came to my assistance on the side of the road and brought parts which fit the description of my problem. He showed up when he said he would, kept in contact with me, and when he arrived, he did what he said he was going to do, and replaced the parts he said he would replace. While I thought I was going to get back on the road with this repair, it did not produce the intended result. The actual problem was a shorted wire caused by complex factors and not easily identified late at night on a Sunday, so I had my vehicle towed to a nearby hotel and Lee came back the next day to continue working on the vehicle. It took a bit of time and trouble shooting to discover the underlying problem, but once identified, Lee fixed it right away and got my vehicle running. It took significant experience and know how to troubleshoot and identify my root cause problem. Lee had that experience and he stayed with me and continued to troubleshoot until it was finished. All throughout the process, he was honest, did what he said he was going to do, and followed through to completion. If you are stuck on the side of the road on Interstate 44 in Southeastern Missouri, Lee is someone you can trust to get you back on the road when you are in trouble and not a local.

Starkey the GM called me on the phone and threatened me. Sorry Starkey, defamation is only if I make an untrue statement. I brought this RV back to the selling dealer for warranty because the frame was bent and one of the jacks was bent. They blamed the damage on me and told me to file an insurance claim instead of addressing the structural problem. This was separate from the other weld cracks that they claimed were "not cracks." They made several repairs but the situation kept getting worse. It became clear the dealer was working for Keystone rather than advocating for their customer. To the owner -- I brought the unit back to you for a structural defect and you let Keystone run over me. 3 YEAR UPDATE: After a lot of screwing from Keystone I got them to buy this junk back for 90K. I still lost about 30K but it's better than nothing. My recommendation to you all is take lots of photos and get everything in writing. Use ChatGPT for help. Never trust your dealer. Hire a lemon law lawyer before they make a buyback offer. Once they make a bad offer you are stuck paying your own lawyer bill. Good luck.
