They have an impressive selection of herbs, supplements, and natural wellness products you honestly won't find in regular retail stores. I personally love coming here for ear candles and their menthol lozenges, especially during cold and allergy season. They carry a wide variety of hard to find natural remedies, and everything is well stocked and easy to browse. What stands out most is that this feels like a true neighborhood health shop. The staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to help you find what you're looking for without pressure. If you're interested in holistic wellness, herbal support, or just prefer shopping local instead of ordering supplements online, this is definitely a place worth visiting. A great small business that continues to serve the Lodi community well.

No greeting or acknowledgment upon entering the store Then when we asked about where their multivitamins were the lady was so very rude with her tone "oh you mean the kind they sell at WAL-MART" The man "we only have protein powder for bulking up" For being a health and wellness store i would assume they would carry some type of multivitamin or perhaps beef liver capsules. We wanted to support a local store here in Galt but if your customer service is subpar and rude then we will spend our money elsewhere.
