Absolutely a scam - stay away from Prime Motor! They promised to handle the registration for us, and when it was time to sign the paperwork, they told us everything was included. We trusted them and signed. Later, when we went back, they only gave us the title, not the registration or license plates like they promised. They also listed the car on Carfax for $16,950, but when it came time to pay, they had bumped the price up to $18,000, and added another $1,500 in extra fees! That's $2,550 more than what was advertised. When I confronted them, they denied ever saying they'd cover the registration - even though I had a recording proving they did! Their excuse? "That's only if you finance, not pay cash." That makes absolutely no sense. Why would paying cash mean worse service? These people are dishonest and shady. Avoid Prime Motor at all costs. Don't let them scam you like they scammed us.

This is the condition of the starter that was on the vehicle. Even after paying someone to replace the car is not drivable.

Buyers beware please take your business anywhere else. Especially if you are not knowledgeable of the used car industry. Listen to the bad reviews do not overlook. They may have gotten some friends to positively review this place but the truth behind this business is a different reality. On April 28th 2025 my elderly mother was in desperate need of a vehicle. She had been saving for a down payment. She doesn't have much credit so decided on Prime motors. As they work with various creditors. She had been saving for a down payment. She met with Angel, he showed her a 2016 KIA SORENTO LX. The fist red flag was that it came out with a flat. He assured her this was ok and they put air on the tire. As I mentioned my mother has little knowledge of the used car buying process and was in desperate need. When it was all done she was excited to take home her "new vehicle" the very next day the check engine light came on and the vehicle would not turn on. She reported this and they told her that it was just the battery and they would replace it. So they did and reset the check engine light. On May 1st, 2025, the car broke down again. It wouldn't even pass emissions. It needed brake pads, rotors, and struts. On May 6, 2025, the dealer said they replaced all of those items and did the emissions. During this time they kept telling her well you bought a used car you can't expect no issues. She asked to return it and they told her she could not. During this time they also had her come into the dealer to call the lender and coached her into telling the lender that all was good with the vehicle so that it would pass the underwriting process. Keep in mind since the second day she kept asking to return the vehicle and the dealership refused. They told her they do not care if she sues. Even though it immediately broke Down. Since this date the car has broken down multiple times. Finally on July 3rd 2025 the car broke down while my mother was driving. It had to be towed an hour away to her parking lot. We tried replacing the starter which was completely rusted. This did not fix the issue. The car now sits in the parking lot nor drivable and she has to make the car payments. Since then she has relied on rides from us, Uber, bus. My mother is elderly and this is not feasible. All savings went into this vehicle. We recently ran a carfax on our own and found out it has been in two accidents which were not disclosed. In addition to this we now Know they get the cars from auction. This Car Sat with them since September 2024 until they found my mother to unfortunately offload it to. We understand they are about the bottom line and commissions. However, this should never come at the price of taking advantage of people who lack knowledge and who they know are in a desperate situation. There is not one ounce of good faith effort from this business. Even when they say to call them their voicemail is too full to leave a message. This is bad business practice. Do not buy here. They are dishonest all around. Even after they see a bad review, they have people write good reviews to try to hide the bad ones. Trust me dishonesty will never be rewarded and bad business practices will Eventually catch up.

There should be an option for 0 stars and truly wished I had read the reviews before becoming a victim of this unscrupulous business. The very best thing I can say to anyone is STAY AWAY from this business and their Global Lending Finance Company. These people lie and manipulate while they live outside of morals and consequences. They have no desire to assist people with the actual purchase of a decent vehicle; they are more interested in the sales and destruction of one's life. These people are Dishonest, cheat and take advantage of people's vulnerabilities. I went there to procure a vehicle in July 2024 (a birtbday gift to myself after saving and being without a vehicle for many years and as an opportunity to get thru my anxiety of driving) only for the vehicle being inoperable less than 30 days later. First; upon picking the vehicle up there was a transmission fault alert on the dash and was told they had repaired it; only to discover not only that it wasn't repaired (as the same transmission fault alert re-emerged), but it had a major mechanical problem that prevented me from even driving it a mile. I was gaslighted many times upon calling in to get some resolve, and in my state of disappointment, anger and frustration my depression became worse and was so hurt I completely shut down as I couldn't believe that this happened to me. I took such a great loss ($3,000 down payment, $800 in monthly payment; $1000 in car insurance with a 29% interest)...yeah that happened and needless to say I feel like such the idiot..and to add insult to injury the finance company placed an involuntary repossession on my and my daughter's credit (which she was attached as a co-signer) with the audacity of indebtedness. I don't know why there aren't more people speaking out but something needs to be be done about these unethical and fraudulent businesses operating in the guise of helping people. I know it took me some time to even get here to write this review; but the way I was exploited and swindled by these people I know it is my duty to WARN everyone. Please save yourself the anguish, anxiety and disgust! STAY AWAY FROM Prime Motors and Global Finance Company! God Be With You! Hmmmm...wonder if all victims can file a class action lawsuit???

I came to buy this dream car for my mom. I'm so excited thanks thanks to prime motors and Alberto the general manager.

Id give them a zero if I could. called ahead of time to see if a 2006 Bentley had Bluetooth- was told it did and made the 1 1/2 hr drive to look at the car. The car did not have Bluetooth - but the aggressive and deceptive sales practices are what led to this review. There was a huge rush to purchase the car- I soon understood why. The car had no heat or AC- they acted 'shocked.' Do you honestly think a dealership would purchase a vehicle without testing the ac?? Just prior to finding this problem- they ran some numbers and I noticed they upped the advertised price without mentioning it to me. I have documentation of the price the day I was at the store. After realizing the apparent lack of ethics I demanded to leave. I got a call about a week later saying they still had my title - I don't think this was an accident. They refused to simply mail it certified and said they'd 'like to talk'. I'm still in disbelief of this place but am reporting them to every governing body in the industry Matt G

For the work that they have done, it was always top notch. They were detailed in their follow-up report and genuinely cared about keeping up the quality of the car for the long run. I had an appointment to look at a car with Eagle Automotive Dealership. The owner, Guillermo knew…read moreI was coming and what time I was coming to meet him. When I arrived I was told the car I was interested in was in the warehouse. I waited approximately 45 mins for someone to bring a dirty car for me to look at and test drive. The car appeared to be OK and the test drive was OK. So I decided to purchase the car (2013 Ford Focus). I did not leave the lot with the 2013 Ford Focus. I was promised the car would be delivered to me. (So far, I am getting a good vibe from the Guillermo). On the day the car was to be delivered I received a call from Guillermo informing me that the person delivering the car needed to go back to the lot she was having problems. A couple of days later I was called and told by Guillermo the car should be delivered to me and that I need to have it inspected in my state. Guillermo also informed me if the 2013 Ford Focus did not pass inspection in my state he would make the necessary repairs to the car. (I'm still getting good vibes). I took the car to inspection and it failed. I called Guillermo to inform him of the failed inspection, texted him a copy of it and a short list of minor things inside the car that needed to be addressed. He then agreed to what was on the list as well as the failed inspection list. I was called to come and pick the car up everything was repaired and ready to go. Now here is where the NIGHTMARE begins. When I went to pickup the 2013 Ford Focus I had to wait for at least 3 hours due to when I got there the car was not even ready. Eagle Automotive did not even start the repairs until I got there. I was sitting and waiting for hours. Eagle Automotive repairman rushed through the repairs and now nasty and rude attitudes start to emerge. I was told by Guillermo that he was doing me a favor and some of the other people in the office (2) to be exact starting being rude and disrespectful as well. Guillermo claimed the repairs were complete and I left. Long story short I purchased, the car in December 2023 I drove the 2013 Ford Focus for (3) months Jan., Feb., and March. I called Guillermo and explained the problem. Here I am today to let everyone know this is not a good dealership to buy a car from. Eagle Automotive Guillermo sold me a car that he new had a faulty transmission. I drove the car for only three months and basically had to trash the entire car to the junk yard. Please do your research before dealing with Eagle Automotive. They ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A CAR FROM EAGLE AUTOMOTIVE!!!!!!!

He even compromised his holiday time (Father's Day weekend) to come out and get the job done. I feel bad that his page isn't updated to really advertise and reflect his great work... but just also goes to show he is more about his work than appearances. He really delivers. Generally prompt service. But, I recently had a passenger window replaced. A month or so my passenger door actually almost fell off as a number of screws had fallen out causing the door not to close properly...then weeks later it wouldn't close at all as the door had completely dropped down. I returned to the Acura Repairs and explained the situation and showed them how the door literally was falling off. The manager said they did not/would not repair the door (and, of course denied their mechanics had not caused my door to loose the screws).. And, recommended that I go to an auto body shop to have it repaired! So, I went home, looked up 2004 Acura on the web and what do you know, several sites popped up: Acura Parts and Acura Club. The guys were so helpful, others advised me that I needed to buy the size of the screws, also the particular screw driver. I ordered 4 screws at the cost of $8.00 (four dollars was the postal price). In a few days the screws arrived and my husband just screwed the passenger door in place. It all worked out beautifully....but wouldn't you have thought Acura Dealers would have had the expertise to have done that? Zero stars for my last visit as I have lost trust in their ability to do what's right!!
